I know Spencer commented about how odd the backward interview was for all the obvious reasons and then some!
Her step son is missing, LE & everyone in the community is out looking everywhere for him, his parents are despondent & begging for his return! Meanwhile LS is like my Constitutional rights have been violated, everyone owes me an apology, my moving truck is packed, & I'm outta here!:rolleyes::rolleyes::confused::mad::mad::mad:

Agreed!!! When they were searching that location at seirra pines, it was like they knew Gannon was there but couldn’t physically locate him. They had to of found things there that had to have let them know that his dead body had been there! They spent days upon days in that specific location. He was definitely there at some point imo. And I believe LE can prove it with hard evidence! Jmo
The one search that they were sifting through, all those hazardous waste buckets made me wonder back then if it was body tissue not a key or item. moo

IMO that moving truck served several purposes....the most important was to transport Gannon's body without unbearable odor & minimizing other issues that I'm guessing come with transporting a decomposing body as opposed to doing it with a car. :( The other was to relocate Gannon's body without being tracked. We've all figured out that the rental cars she used had tracking info through the rental companies, and was how LE was able to map out her routes in CO and then across the country to SC. So my guess is, LS sent one of the people that was with her at the backward interview (2 "Aunts" & a young man) driving back to SC in the red rental car (trackable) while she drove the moving truck (untrackable) making a detour stop in FL before heading to SC. I'm sure GPS is an upcharge option in Uhaul type moving trucks, but the many times I've rented one it never had GPS as a standard feature. Correct me if I'm wrong on this. That's why LE was not able to track her route and find Gannon's body in FL....they were tracking & searching along the route of the rental car which lead them to SC.

I'm betting LS had one of them rent that moving van in their name for her.....she gave them a sob story about being thrown out of the house with no money, etc. Therefore LE wouldn't have known about it until after the fact.

MOO JMO

Do we know for sure that any of the other people (the aunts, the young man, HH) drove back to SC? I wouldn’t be surprised if they all flew back and TS was the martyr and drove by herself, which of course would make the side trip to Florida easier and would eliminate questions about funky smells and/or why she kept packing ice into her suitcase.

MOO

That would make complete sense to me. At the very least, I think they separated at some point.

we're screwed, immaculate!
The Frazee trial was in Cripple Creek, a tiny little gambling town with a courthouse that is 115 years old.

Court staff hauled in extra porta-potties to accommodate crowds and called in volunteers from the sheriff’s posse to help run security. Renovations to the 1904 courthouse’s electrical system, internet connection and the courtroom’s sound system were all sped up to be ready in time for Frazee’s trial, Griffin said. And while Teller Court District Court Judge Scott Sells is busy for the next weeks with trial, the court’s normal docket had to be moved to the only other courtroom in the building and retired judges will be called to handle the caseload. The preparations have required teamwork from the county court’s staff, the sheriff’s office, the city government, the office of emergency planning and many other groups, Griffin said.

The courtroom where the trial is taking place seems like a relic from another era. The wooden floors squeak with every footstep, and a sign in the clerk’s office forbids claim jumping and mandates people “respect women – mules – the law.” Trial spectators will sit in the rows of stationary wooden folding chairs, the courthouse’s originals. Each chair still has a wire rack on the bottom of its seat designed to hold cowboy hats

The size of the courthouse — which also hosts other county departments like the treasurer’s and assessor’s offices — prompted the presiding judge to block all news cameras from the building and surrounding property. Once inside the courtroom, reporters will not be able to send news to the outside until official breaks. Anybody who leaves the courtroom during the trial, like to use the bathroom, will be barred from returning until the court is in recess. Sells even blocked a request by NBC News to have a sketch artist sit in the courtroom to draw pictures of proceedings.

Here's a whole lotta what I think. JMO

Something happened Sunday night from which, in TS's scary mind, there was no turning back.

Sunday night she was up all night, plotting and covering up.

Monday, as soon as the girls were out of the house, she began the execution of Phase 2.

I can't get a handle on what occurred between 10am and 2pm and in what order but I'm convinced she choose the truck, assumed less trackability than her leased vehicle, left her phone at home to avoid tracking, and attempted to alibi herself while actually committing the crime for which she's charged AND disposing of evidence, the latter IMO along her loop up, around and in Monument/Palmer Lake.

And all this before getting back to Lorson Ranch before the girls arrived. More time for cleaning. She then dispatches the girls on a bogus errand, to give herself MORE time for cleaning. And by "cleaning", I mean "tampering with evidence and pre-interfering with an investigation".

By 6:30, possibly ahead of her hoped scheduled, she is pressed to report him missing. She may have hoped for a whole extra day....

Then what?

We know that TS has an apparent penchant for car rentals. I'm going to throw this out there -- IMO -- and storage lockers.

It might make sense to have one in Colorado for her things from SC, being that most (CO) houses in most new (CO) developments have little storage in house and even less in garages.

If this is the case, she could EASILY have accessed a storage unit on the 27th. Surely caught on surveillance but LE wouldn't have that information until much later.

And later that could well be a place where a LE dog could hit on a scent. Where a body HAD BEEN.

But by then TS could have moved him. Rental car on the 28th.

If she drove much of the night on the 28th, she could have arrived 400 miles away... waited until 8am and rented a new storage unit, and been back on the road and back to Colorado to return it, assuming she returned it where she got it.

I doubt AS ever knew she'd rented a car that day....

By her own admission, people were saying she'd disappeared.... the car rental option could've put her off the grid overnight and for most of the day on the 28th....

I don't think she could've done this without the internets....

JMO I think she may have commandeered her daughter's phone. Never imagining THAT trail would ever come to light.

I speculate she rented the car early, prior to AS's arrival, retrieved Gannon's body, returned to the airport, picked AS up and JMO I think they left together IN HER CAR. I think she returned later to reclaim the rental car...

Meanwhile ... on the 31st she gives her backwards interview, prior to bolting, with her moving truck in view. Containing items I SPECULATE she got out of storage....

She's busy creating drama.

The neighbor's video changes everything. Because now LE know who he left with and when.... which gives them a new, HUGE starting point.... and quickly they get warrants, giving them access to the house and access to GPS, pings, etc.

No wonder LE called this complicated from the start -- musical vehicles... moving targets, moving trucks....

FWITW I think TS had NO TROUBLE gaslighting her people. She'd made a career of it. This latest bit about being suicidal and hospitalized and having a fake pregnancy??? Seriously that's like the drama queen trifecta, individually each is a master manipulation, all three is a desperate throw at the wall to get SOMETHING to stick. SHE is a fuster cluck.

I believe she's spent HER LIFE manipulating people emotionally and I'm certain she worked this to new heights (depths) -- whatever it takes, playing a martyr, threatening suicide, demanding loyalty, gaslighting, all of it. She's used to telling people which brand of reality they are allowed to perceive....

So.... it wouldn't surprise me in the least if she spun a tale to take her private side trip south, en route to SC....

But her (dim)wits are no match for LE actual wits. They've got her number. AND her digital trail.

I believe LE knew where Gannon had been.... and I believe LE knew where TS went.... they just couldn't isolate where, along that journey, she reposited our sweet boy...

I wish we could take every earthly comfort from her.

I would lose all faith in humanity because of her, if not for Gannon's mother, who restores it -- with her strength born of despair, her grace born of grief, her generosity born of loss. I see where Gannon got his greatness!

Thank you, LH, for sharing your beautiful baby with us. He's touched us deeply.

In time we will happily forget about the stepthing -- but Gannon, Gannon we'll hold onto.

JMO

^^^This post is amazing for MANY reasons, well thought out! The "drama queen trifecta" is dead on :D:D But what you said about Gannon and LH put beautifully into words exactly how I feel!

Fact. I’m still trying to recover from saying “would of,” instead of “would have.” It was three weeks ago, and I’m still in a state of shock.

BBM:

Oh, trust me: I noticed.

I didn't want to bring it up myself, but I'm ever so glad you did.

As a society, I think it's important that we work to de-stigmatize diagnoses like this.

Thank you for disclosing, and for bravely sharing your story with the group here.

((Hugs))

LOLing!!! You two are too much, think I'm going to end my night with this conversation! :D:D

Budget does rent trucks though. Perhaps she visited them more than once? I think it was the revolving door of rentals that week for her and whoever she had there supporting her.

From the very small rear corner of the truck that I can see, I'd say it's the right colors for Enterprise. Defintely not UHaul, no orange visible and they have logo & writing all over them. MOO

That person was too well spoken, and several of us have strong suspicions as to their identity (a YouTube and Facebook moron with a small following).

This person echoed the exact same talking points, and used similar phrases. It wasn’t TS, I can say that with near certainty.

Definitely not, unless TS was able to gain internet access in the last week.....AND for the reasons that Mass listed!

The big question is under what shelter did she “manipulate” his body to fit into a suitcase? Had she hauled it into a storage unit she would have needed help and video would have captured it. Had she dismembered him out in a remote outdoor location, where no one could ear a gunshot, (or did they) that would have been risky and left a lot of blood. Wherever she did this there must have been blood and potentially witnesses.

4 hours is not a lot of time to drive at least an hour north and back, stop at stores, shop, find a remote location where there are no witnesses, kill someone, dismember or somehow manipulate them enough to fit them into a suitcase, which cannot be an easy task, rent a storage unit, haul suitcase into unit and drive back in time to clean up and play nice with LE when reporting him missing. I don’t buy she hauled him herself into some unit and went back later to dismember him and stuff him in suitcase. The only way she’d have gotten him into a unit alone and undetected, would be in a rolling suitcase to begin with. Nor do I buy she shot him and left him out somewhere in the cold only to return later to dismember him. WAY too risky. Coyotes, bear, mountain lions, humans, vultures, etc. not to mention cops and others watching her movements. Way too risky.

I wonder if enhanced video shows the exact initial injury site on G. Eye, head, stomach, face, etc. I wonder if the suitcase was in truck when she returned home. She did say G came back home with her. If so, maybe she left again to stash him away somewhere after girls went to store.

Anyway you look at it, if G’s body was at any time in the back of that truck, no amount of car washes could have cleaned away the blood traces. And regarding the knife/saw/sharp object: did she get it at Lowe’s next to Petco. Did AS notice it missing from garage. Was it back in garage but lit up with luminol.

I think by “leave” you mean leave for FL/SC? Or do you mean leave the house? Cuz Tee was still around on the 31st when she did that interview (same day she removed property from the home). And feel free to dispute anything!

ETA: I don’t know when he offered, or even IF he really did. I would assume if it did happen, it was around the 28th, 29th, when Tee was still at the home and it was supposedly a run-away case.
I meant left the house, as in no longer living there, no longer a person Al trusted. During the interview, I understood that she only returned that day to get her things. Just trying to understand.

Fully intact adults have been put in suitcases, and it certainly wouldn’t have been a problem putting a child of Gannon’s size into one.

No matter what, she had to load his body into a vehicle, and if she wasn’t spotted doing that, then placing him into a suitcase at the same time, wouldn’t have been a challenge.

I agree.

Just recently, the Grace Millane (Brit murdered in New Zealand) case. Her murderer put her body in a suitcase.

I believe it was discussed way back when LS first did the backward interview, but I don't think the incident at Marshalls ever happened! LS lied (shocker!) she may have put a word or two of truth such as LE interviewed her & HH, but the rest was all lies! I live in CO and I believe that if this situation truly happened it would've been covered on the news OR at the very least it would've hit the rounds on SM. I haven't heard a single person/witness say this ever happened besides LS and we all know how far her word goes!:rolleyes: MOO

I believe that LS & HH left the house by Tues night. Because LS wanted/needed to get out of there (she had things to do & didn't want to answer questions) she planned an argument with AS and stormed out!

Wow, Sounds like a Hollywood movie set, very cool. I can see it now.

So I wonder when she stashed the suitcase away in a Uhaul, or storage unit for several more days til she left for FL. Did she do it during that 4 hour trip or bring him home with her and move it later. Wouldn’t the family smell his body if she hauled it into house or left it in truck.

She must have left it somewhere overnight at least til she could shift it to the rental car for the 450 mile trip. Did cops or AS or other family members go inside the house the night she reported him missing? If not she probably stuck him in her closet. I guess we known now why she rented the car so early the next day.

Seems she cleared out her stuff on the 31st while others were searching or at a vigil (per LH). She then went and did the interview with her back to the camera and the moving vehicle visible in the background. I don’t know where she was on the 1st but I believe on the 2nd she found out about RD’s video. I think AS must have called and confronted her. (Who could resist doing so when she was brazenly claiming LH was likely to blame?!) Even if he didn’t confront LS, she knew that video could become a problem before RD even found it (see link above). He told her his video camera could see her driveway and offered to let her review video with him. So IMO police are asking if anyone saw LS in Pace, FL between Feb.3-5 because they’re pretty sure that’s when she snagged Gannon from where she’d left his body, and moved it. I don’t believe her family was caravanning with her at the time, nor knowingly aiding her in anything illegal. I think she went solo.
I agree. I think she used them as a decoy. But I do believe they have information that could be helpful. Things like what she would have been driving, how she was funding her trip, what her plan was, where they thought she was if she wasn’t with them, when she communicated with them, how she communicated with them, who she may know along the route, what was on the moving truck, who what and when did she move stuff out, did they ever see this suitcase or help her purchase one?
