I'm in the UK & I've mentioned before, we don't get to see any documents or evidence or even arrest details, mugshots - nothing! Until the start of trial at the very earliest ... Reading that peanut butter letter was freaking hilarious!

She is a fantasist! She is deluded! She's in denial! The judge must have got dizzy from all the head shaking whilst reading that work of fiction!
Thanks for your input here @mrazda71. Following any UK case is sure cause for one to seek a chill pill or five!

Trying to be patient until October to learn crucial details about Sarah Everard's murder. Trying being the operative word here...

And that's why I enjoy following cases in the US.

I'm just longing for LS to drop herself right in to trouble by kicking off. Oh the joy, the mere thought of the judge shutting her down, removing her, so we can move towards justice for Gannon.

I've honestly been gobsmacked (do you guys have this phrase there? It means shocked or rendered speechless with surprise) at every twist and turn so far in Sarah's case ... it is utterly unfathomable and unforgivable that a police officer is the one who has allegedly done this.

Yes, "gobsmacked" is used here in the U.S.

I certainly can't give LS "snaps" (approval) for her grammar and spelling!

JMVHO.

I'm honestly surprised she hasn't played mistress blaming yet. I thought with her searches she felt unloved so she would think her husband had someone else. Did she blame Landen because she thought he was back with her? Or just because the kids wanted them to get back together again?

That makes me shake my head so hard. How do you get a doctorate in education but are unable to spell or put a sentence together properly? Jmo

Either, the bar is extraordinarily low, where she received her degree, or she's a master manipulator and was able to breeze through and get what she wanted.
Experience (personal and subjective of course) says, horrible humans tend to know how to get around things/game the system, to get what they want.
So, I'm going to go with the latter.

The on line college she got either her masters or doctorate from had mixed reviews. I don't remember the name of it now but it's a Christian College. Not that that has anything to do with the quality of education, but some on line programs are better than others. I imagine she did do some manipulating, though. Imo

IIRC it was Liberty University. Which has had it's own fair share of scandalous junk over the years, aside from being the school a lunatic child murderer (alleged) got her teaching degree.

Its not lost on me that with the exception of advisory Counsel, everyone else assigned to her case who has to have anything directly to do with her is female. Seems clear to me the judge definitely has her number. I think he is just waiting for her to kick off so he can shut her nonsense down.
AGREE 1000%. The Judge and the DA have her number! Life without parole + 176 years I hope! MOO

A jury verdict must be unanimous for a murder conviction. Seed of doubt to turn one juror is all LS needs, and using her own child would not surprise.

The DA will never go after HH because there's no evidence against her or probable cause for arrest for that matter.
I pray that if she does pull a stunt like this, the jury won’t buy it. It wouldn’t surprise me for for her to try it, but I have to hold into the hope that the jury will go with the evidence and not any random theory she comes up with. Assuming her polygraph ploy is admissible, that kills her credibility. But hey, she’s the expert.

Used toilet paper is more valuable than a degree from Liberty. It’s no wonder her skills in communication (and every other subject) are a nightmare.

I mean, I’m not so sure, did you read her letter to the judge? Because clearly she is well educated, the historical facts prove it. And cmon, her description of the American flag was beyond poetic.
I kinda wonder if he chuckled at all like I did. I’ve never wanted to thoroughly read the constitution as much as I do now, I’ll give her that much.

Gannon Stauch Memorial: Detective In Florida Restores Cross Placed Where Murdered Colorado Boy Was Found

The Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office said one of their detectives from the Major Crimes Division restored the cross placed at the location.

“We wanted to take a moment to share an incredible act of service. Our very own Detective Yoder, currently assigned to our Major Crimes Division, took the time to personally restore and resurrect the cross placed at the memorial of Gannon Stauch,” the sheriff’s office wrote on Facebook.

Officials said it had deteriorated over time due being out in the environment.

“Detectives and Victim Advocates visited the site [Thursday] to place the cross and to ensure even our most vulnerable are never forgotten,” officials wrote.
We remember Gannon, he's touched our lives.

I thought maybe she got those lines and phrases straight out of a sixth grade textbook or teacher's manual. Didn't she teach middle school at one time?

She seems to borrow from books, songs, and movies a lot.
