There's also the chance that she went through post to take a shortcut and took the long way home by not going through the post again.

Idk what gate we went through, but awhile back, my sister in law and I went through post, made an exit through one of the other gates to go to a national park (I think), I'm not sure which one, but it's a really good place to look for crawfish and the fastest way there was to go through post. Maybe this is why she took the truck as well because it gets very bumpy on those dirt roads.

This part in this article is interesting in what she first claimed. So, if this is what she first told LE, then why isnt the time more specific, rather than 3:15-4:00pm? And how convenient that he happened to leave right before the other child returned from school.

We know its false now after the father believes he sees her on the neighbor's video evidence, so its probably a mute point by now. But didnt we first have a time that he left at around 10AM? I guess my only real question is where did the 10AM initial time come from or am I confused as that is very possible?

They did say they were searching specific areas based on something. So sorry for them.

THIS. Excellent post. The soils in the area run from hard rock metamorphic, mining tailings, igneous volcanic, river/stream alluvium, to farmland loam. That red truck, if it didn’t have GPS, might tell a soil story.

I have never been to BJ reservoir, but looking it up, it looks very flat, prairie, like the rest of the area. And pretty busy? Powers is a busy road.

Just a few things i am wondering that make no sense to me at all..Why she never gave a reason he would runaway? Why going to play with a friend would turn into a runaway child verses, maybe he went to a friends house and lost track of time playing? Maybe he left the area to explore and got lost? maybe he went somewhere like dinner or movies with a friends family without telling her? Did she mention he was sick to LE and really worried about his health and well being? Being reported as a runaway makes absolutely so sense to me in Gannon situation unless she told LE something we haven't heard about that would make them feel like there was more to all this than just a child going to play with a friend? I just pray this handsome boy can be found soon.jmo

Yes, and in other cases people were able to find this info but maybe we can't because there aren't any named suspects? Idk but at least I wish we knew more about the truck.

I've never seen it confirmed that it was taken or that it's part of the investigation.
Or even whether or not it's actually TS and Gannon in the video. I guess LE has good reasons for this.

That's what's confusing me too. The reservoir looks out in the open and flat? Especially next to Powers? But honestly, I'm not familiar with that specific area. I'm not a prairie-loving kinda gal. I always head west.

Is there MSM confirmation that Gannon was actually sick? Is it possible we've read way too far into that? So much comes into play if there was long premeditation -- when did the planning start? Is it possible he was home sick, for real, completely legitimately? Is it possible that's when a plan was invented? We've made much of how slowly Gannon appears to move, getting in the truck, but do we know he was impaired? And what, if anything, did HE know at the time? Did he think he was stuck going along on errands? Did he think they were headed to a doctor's appointment? Was he feeling well enough to go somewhere? Lunch. Another hike? Could she have led him to where he'll be found???? Ghastly.

There has to be a solid reason that law enforcement would characterize this as a “runway child,”nearly immediately.

He has no documented history of that sort of behavior, and it doesn’t seem to fit with the other facts here (her initial narrative).

That’s why I keep coming back to that alleged Google search, which inquired as to if a parent could find you if your phone was on.

Law enforcement would see that, and perhaps buy it. Atleast initially.

I always think it’s odd she gave that time span. The daughter would of been coming in from school during that hour I believe. I would think LS would be able to say it was either before or after the daughter came in. Usually buses arrive about the same time daily and a parent would know if it were a few minutes late...I’d think she’d be more aware of the time. I think she be able to say “it was a few minutes after so and so got home” or something like that..
