Blood in HH's bedroom, on the comforter, was not explained what kind of blood, how it got there, or why there would be blood on her comforter, or in her bedroom, that had anything to do with the crime scene. So, I think it's acceptable for us, and Jurors, to be wondering WTH that's about.

Next photos were taken in the master bedroom on the main level with an emphasis on the firearm sitting on top of a dresser. They were able to seize the handgun as evidence due to the possible bloodletting event evidence discovered in Gannon's bedroom.

A 17-round capacity magazine was found in the handgun, and the CSI observed approximately 16 cartridges were present inside the magazine.

Again, I have to commend this young man for his accuracy and thoroughness!
So ,now Pills are locked up and guns are hide in totes and laying out open ,everywhere.. Smh.

Also As a side note; I kinda wish she had not been able to breath for real.

We’re all here for Gannon, especially her: We love you Landen

“I don’t want to wait another day,” Landen Hiott said in an exclusive interview with ABC News. “If he is not with me, he is hurting.”

The murder trial for Letecia Stauch has resumed. Liewer, a crime scene investigator with Colorado Springs Metro Crime Lab is back on the stand.

Liewer is testifying about photos he took of positive reactions of the blue star chemical which can detect blood. There were many positive reactions on the wall where Gannon’s bed was.

Liewer is also describing a reddish/brown stain on the carpet where Gannon’s bed was. The stain went through the carpet, the padding, and down to the concrete.

Liewer also photographed a defect on the window sill next to Gannon’s bed. Liewer said based on the evidence, they began looking for what caused the bloodshed event, like a blunt force instrument or a firearm.

They found a firearm in the master bedroom of the Stauch home on a piece of furniture. It’s a black Smith & Wesson handgun, which was taken and seized from the home. Jurors are now seeing the handgun.

Liewer is now testifying about how they searched the home for cleaning materials and supplies, based on the evidence of blood they found. A bottle of vinegar was found on the washer/dryer, while other supplies were found under the kitchen sink.

Wow! I can't believe they didn't redirect to ask if you can tell the difference between normal blood and menstrual blood, which is where I assume the defence was going!
They would not ask that if they had already known the answer was not LS friendly. So there is no question here.Or they would have asked ,i think. I am not sure but I watch a lot of these.

So...Six police cars came to assist deputies?? Six? Wowzers.
LS became combative again. Are we surprised...
She is removed from van and they take her to a ditch and put her on her knees to re-restrain her....
Now, this would have been a sight to see.

I cannot wait for the expects to tell us about this behavior . Super excited. They been having it easy with less difficult things. I need to know why she acts this way!

Analyst Stephanie Happ from CSPD is the witness now. Letecia is focused completely on this witness sharing her career history and education. The witness has a speech delivery that is impeccable and she appears extremely knowledgeable and credible. I'm thinking Letecia is probably feeling somewhat awed, and some envy. (T could never answer a question getting to the point like that.)

In my very limited understanding of what she's talking about, I'll try to grasp some of her testimony. Polymer plugs for bullets being discussed. Now, we're looking at a real bullet. It opens up like flower petals as it hits, so it expands, but the polymer plug prevents it (by blocking foreign material entering)?

Thank you, I have made a note of it. My mind just bluescreened and I could not remember it for the life of me.

Lol, earlier I think I got Mr Tolini mixed up with Mr Cook bouncing on the chair, I think they switched places at the table. They must take it in turns to have to sit next to her :D

Ugh, Letecia constantly rubs and scratches her scalp. Does she have cooties?

Prison lice! My sister was in prison once, albeit in England, and the first thing she asked us to bring was a nit comb!

I meant the Prosecution on redirect :).
The defence were alluding to it possibly being menstrual blood imo, I think the people should have clarified that they can tell the difference and the blood in Gannons sheets etc was different from the blood on Harleys sheets.

I'm sure the jurors will be smart enough to work it out though.

And she identified the bits of plastic found at autopsy as parts of polymer plug from a hollow point.

Examined three guns, two 9mm and one .380.

Only gun in the box is one of the 9mm guns. Working normally according to testing.

Admitting test fire rounds. Fired into a water tank and recovered and entered into evidence along with cartridges, the gun, and silicone cast of the barrel.

The other two weapons were functional, test fired, and compared, and were eliminated.

Now looking at the three rounds from Florida, one from Gannon's body, and two from the pillow.

Pillow bullets: one was conclusive, one was damaged. Biological substances damaged the second beyond the ability to analyse it. Bullet from Gannon's body was conclusive. That 9mm fired those two conclusive rounds.

Comparison photos of the rounds, both test and evidence rounds, are admitted.
