Juror issue being addressed first. Juror is going to be excused. Judge says that if the information of the acquantance with the witness was known at selection, he would have granted the challenge for cause, so he's going to excuse her with instructions (presumably to not discuss the trial until after it is over).

Can anyone give me the quick and short on what the problem was with the dismissed juror? I missed Friday's court. :(
Juror 12 had met the expert ballistics witness, twice, through her church, over the last 3 years. Once during an end of life care plan for the witness's mother in law about 3 years ago, and then again for a different matter about a year ago.

Arguing now about disclosure of the raw data from the MMPI2.

Defense wants the data. Prosecution says they've released it to the defense's expert witnesses.

The issue seems to be a medical privacy issue.

Ruling is that the raw data is available to both sides, sealed, not available for anyone outside the case. Copies will be destroyed after the case is done. The court itself is going to be responsible for the upload to avoid leaks.

Judge is personally addressing LS about her bad conduct in court. She won't look at him. She is looking down with two fingers (including middle finger) pressed against left side of face. Judge has positioned LS within his line of sight. He is giving her quite a scolding.
