Latin confession was gibberish and Prosecution is going to ask Dr. Lewis about it, and the actual notes were lost. They do not want her to pretend she has the notes if she doesn't have them. Waiting for the doctor to arrive back from lunch before they talk to her about this.

…food poisoning?
…viewing/seating arrangement?
Deflect.Confuse.Retreat.Repeat.

In the tapes :
The Dr keeps nodding her head (yes) every time LS says - and then I would switch personalities -

So does anyone believe that Dr. Lewis is just mostly...senile?

That she doesn't like looking for things (feels offended, as if her memory is being challenged), and so she says she doesn't have them. Then, either her attorney or she herself are pawing through her "papers" and they find the thing she's mentioning? Is it going to be about T's handwriting?

Does anyone remember what the heck the document even was (that Dr L said she didn't have)???

Now she's got a stack of papers in her lap, giving them to Tolini, Mr. Young is pissed. He'd angry about these mystery documents, says this is exactly what I predicted.

This witness has been a disaster, making a mockery of the coury. Honestly.

I think that’s definitely possible. Obviously she’s not fit to be an expert witness but yes, that is definitely possible!

(Disclosure again, I am not actually watching it)

Maria saying she needs to protect people, she was not violent but needs to protect people. Maria says this and there is no accent. Maria says, Why does everybody ask me what's going on? No accent. There is no consistency in the persona is what Prosecution has said.

The documents she said she didn't have and were 'lost' were a confession written in faux-Latin and a number of signatures written by supposed alternate identities. The second being produced without difficulty when Mr Young questioned her about it is what caused all this to crash down.
