I have a feeling that the defense has no intention of letting closing arguments end today....

I totally agree. It sounds like DT is ready to "delay delay delay" with a bunch of objections to try to drag it out and break up his flow.

I hope judge reprimands the DT if they go too far.

I cannot believe that the jury has been made to sit out for the last 3 hours...The lawyer's and Judge in the meantime have likely had to eat/munch on the fly...I'll bet the Judge is furious..But he hides it well..

Agreed -- Every case, every defendant is different, but it seems to me that approx. 10 years is about as long as the State should have to wait to execute a convicted prisoner. It's death, not life...

You really didn't miss to much---he presented a few arguments and sometimes you couldn't hear him---Basically the Judge was thinking in chambers...hope that helps

~sigh~ today in court is going downhill fast for me.....so, so careful with the shooter and his feelings and his rights and his attorneys....now, the victims and families are being admonished. I believe I see a smirk on the shooters horrible face....
