It's so nice hearing about the victims from their families. Heartbreaking.

The brilliance of these family members is so precious, their memories, and their lives that are now their reality is very moving, and are a joy in a special way. This is about the person they lost and we learn so much about the murdered person and their life. The dead all did live and we get to hear from their family about their lives, all of their lives mattered. I give them my attention and do feel love above the sadness. It is the recognition and warmth of feeling that is important to acknowledge these human beings that are no longer with us.

Most of these victims so far had previous military history or were currently service. Just 'Sully' so far had no military.

I'm a little bit behind watching the feed. I've noticed Ms Nelson has turned in her chair and is listening to Mrs Larimer.

The shooter is listening too. He is watching the mama. I wonder if he is remorseful or if he is thinking how much John was worth to his family and he thinks he assumed that worth when he killed him.

I agree 100%..NOPE there's no way he will take responsibility for what harm he caused.

Sure he has a MI..BUT MI folks often realize and take responsibility for what they did..regardless of what their MI is. Once they get shown/proven that they DID something..MANY often FEEL BAD or Upset about what they did..BUT Not J. !!

OKAY Ms. Maisie...take a deep breath..J. has already been found..GUILTY!! So now it's only deciding between DP or LWOP...I take solace knowing "His Majesty" will never breath "Free Air" for the rest of his Godforsaken Life!!

But..By doing so it feeds the attitude they have had from the beginning..and Higg's opening statement with her faux emotion and close to tears opening spoke volume's to these juror's..These people have been watching this whole trip..and seen just how Def. has constantly interrupted, disrespected..cut off things..Believe me they KNOW what Def. is doing right now ( and it ain't helpful to their cause) and will deliberate and decide Life or Death for their Whimpy Perfect Child...that turned homicidal!!:scared:

Most DP decisions are based on heinousness..Not just murder..SO Higgs and Brady just maybe cool their jets..IF this ends up going to appellate Court..Their consistent dis-respect, objections denied by a very informed Judged based on LAW will be smacked down ++++ IMO!!
