So far Mr. Orman is winning....I'll bet Judge Saymour spent most of his time trying to find at least a few objections the thumbs up..I sure hope ms. Brady stays seated after this..at least until they start putting witnesses on..I'd rather listen to Ms. Nelson or Higg's than her.

Having said all that..someone pointed out that Ms. Brady seems to be the one who does most of the research..I only recall her examining a few witnesses??? Am I mis-remembering?

I love these arguments between DT and PT. Also enjoy when Mr. Orman gets fiery defending his argument.

I enjoyed it, too! He had been pretty cool-headed and just matter-of-fact, but as she went on with her reee-dic-u-lous arguments & got more & more nutz, he began to get heated. He delivered his last arguments in a somewhat controlled but still a bit fiery manner.

I loved how he slapped the pages in his notebook as he talked. "Something, something - fwap! - something, something, something - fwap! - something, something -fwap!...fwap!." Chuckling, I yam.

And now the good judge is throwing most of the defense's objections down on the floor. Overruled, overruled, overruled. Giving the defense little of their objections as valid. More ouchies for the defense.
