BREAKING: Police raid home of missing Colorado mother’s fiancé Patrick Frazee [VIDEO]
Little is known about Frazee, who had not spoken to the media and did not attend a police news conference earlier this week about Berreth’s disappearance. His lawyer said in a media statement that Frazee is cooperating with investigators and would have attended the press conference if he had been given enough notice of it.

A correspondent for ABC posted on Twitter Friday morning about an apparent police raid of Frazee’s property. According to the reporter, police are executing a search warrant connected to Berreth’s disappearance.

The Teller County Sheriff’s Office confirmed to CBS Denver that investigators are searching Frazee’s home in Florissant, which is about 15 miles from Woodland Park. The sheriff’s office reportedly said the search could take days.

It is not known exactly what investigators are looking for at Frazee’s property.

Patrick Frazee has been identified as the last person to see Berreth. Woodland Park police are inside Frazee’s home, according to reports from ABC News.

On the morning of Nov. 22, Berreth was captured on surveillance video entering a grocery store at 12:05 p.m. with what appears to be her 1-year-old daughter in a baby carrier. Frazee told authorities he picked up the couple’s daughter, Kaylee, from Berreth that afternoon.

Frazee has told police the couple, who did not live together, met sometime on the holiday to exchange their child. After that, police said the only signs of Berreth were text messages from her cellphone. Her disappearance has mystified her family and police leading a multi-state search.

Colorado police search property of missing woman's fiance
Police did not immediately disclose any information about the purpose of the search at the property in the tiny community of Florissant, south of Denver. Police announced that they would hold a news conference Friday afternoon to provide updated information about the disappearance of 29-year-old Kelsey Berreth.

Frazee has not been named as a suspect in the disappearance of Berreth, a pilot who works as a flight instructor for an aviation company. Public records show that property associated with Frazee’s name in Florissant covers 35 acres (14 hectares).

Teller County Sheriff spokesman Commander Greg Couch said Frazee was on the property when investigators arrived Friday morning to conduct the search. Couch said Frazee was not arrested.

Frazee’s attorney, Jeremy Loew, said in a statement that his client is continuing to cooperate with the investigation. Loew said Frazee was not asked to participate in the property search.

Police said they found both of Berreth’s cars outside her Woodland Park home.

Police also said Doss Aviation, Berreth’s employer, has accounted for all their planes and police have no reason to believe she used someone else’s plane for a flight.

FBI investigators search the home of the fiance of missing Colorado mom Kelsey Berreth | Daily Mail Online
Greg Couch, Sheriff’s Office PIO at the scene, told Daily Mail.com: 'We’re just giving him a courtesy ride off the property.

'He just left in one of those two cars. We’re just giving him a ride, I don’t know where he’s en route to but he was on the property when we got here.

'When we do a search warrant we remove everyone so he’s gone.'.

Frazee, a farrier (horse shoer) and cattle rancher, also lives with his mother Sheila police confirmed has also left the farm.

PIO Couch said: 'No ones on the property. The baby is with him (Patrick), everybody’s safe.

Asked if police gave digging equipment on the farm for the search, he added: 'I’m sure they do, what we’re looking for is any evidence at all, whether it’s above ground or below ground.

'It’s a county search and rescue team but they are going to be run by the FBI’s evidence recovery team.

'Cadaver dogs, item dogs any item laying out there that could be of value'.

Police want to interview missing Kelsey Berreth’s fiancé, but Patrick Frazee is only speaking to investigators through his lawyer
The FBI reportedly joined the search of her fiancé Patrick Frazee’s home in Florissant that began on Friday morning, before Frazee and his one-year-old daughter were escorted away from the 35-acre property in a sheriff’s vehicle. Frazee had not been arrested, and Woodland Park Police Chief Miles De Young said at the news conference that it could take several days to complete the search.

De Young said that Frazee is communicating with authorities through his lawyer, though investigators do wish to speak to him directly. The police chief said that he still believes it is possible Berreth will be found alive, though authorities appear to be treating her disappearance as suspicious.

At the news conference, which lasted less than 10 minutes, De Young said that authorities did not have reason at this time to separate Frazee from his daughter, but a reporter who present said on Twitter that they are considering taking the 14-month-old girl from Frazee in the future.
