A $25,000 reward is now being offered to find Kelsey Berreth
Investigators are working around the clock as they continue to search the home of Kelsey Berreth’s fiancé in Florissant for a second straight day, the Woodland Park Police Department Chief said in a press release Saturday.

The multi-jurisdictional task force is searching the 35-acre property of Patrick Frazee, who has not been ruled out as a suspect in Berreth’s disappearance.

De Young said late Saturday afternoon that the police department had received an anonymous donation that would pay $25,000 to anyone with information that leads to Berreth's location or safe return. A donation fund has been set up in Berreth's name at Wells Fargo bank branches.

Former Sheriff gives insight to search on missing mom's fiance property search
A search on her fiance, Patrick Frazee's property has started to grow speculation of his role in her disappearance, but Woodland Park Police have not named him a suspect or person of interest in their investigation.

Former Pueblo County Sheriff now a private investigator, Dan Corsentino says investigators are taking their time with the property search. He states, "there's a lot of factors they're looking for or they could be looking for her."

Corsentino who was Pueblo County Sheriff when Kelsey Schelling went missing back in 2013 says in both searches, investigators have had to focus their efforts on big plots of land.

"They're looking for any other articles of clothing, anything psychical to the that property where some it's an anomaly. The fact that they got a search warrant tells the judge there's something that has value and they want to explore further," he says.

I hope they found what they needed to solve this case.

Neighbors react to heavy law enforcement presence in Florissant
The heavy law enforcement presence is captivating neighbors in the small town of Florissant, old and new.

NA says she’s been living in Florrisant “20 something years now.”

Meanwhile, JG says he’s been “in Florissant since January.”

When they signed up for a small-town life, neither expected to see this kind of activity.

“Last couple of days we noticed a lot of unmarked cars, things like that, some detectives walking around,” noted JG.

Vehicles belonging to sheriff’s deputies and other law enforcement agencies moving up and down the road leading to the property of Patrick Frazee.

The disappearance of Kelsey Berreth is really sinking in now.

Crews search property of Kelsey Berreth's fiancé with backhoe; $25K reward now being offered | East Idaho News
Crews have completed a search of the property belonging to the fiancé of Kelsey Berreth, a Colorado mother missing since Thanksgiving.

The multi-jurisdictional task force searched the 35-acre property of Patrick Frazee, who has not been ruled out as a suspect in Berreth’s disappearance.

A backhoe was brought in to assist with the search that consisted of approximately 75 people. Specific details were not released, but Chief Miles J. De Young said the case “is the number one priority for the Woodland Park Police Department.”

The department announced it will pay up to $25,000 for information that leads to the location or safe return of Berreth.

De Young said the couple’s 1-year-old daughter remains with her father, who is continuing to cooperate with law enforcement during the investigation.

He also said his department continues to be in contact with the Teller County Department of Human Services in regards to the child’s custody, adding that department “does not have evidence that [the child’s] safety is at risk while in Patrick Frazee’s custody.”

During a press conference Friday, De Young said there were “a number of other things” done up through Thursday night that led to a judge signing off on a search warrant of Frazee’s home.

Family of missing Kelsey Berreth relies on faith
Family members of missing Woodland Park mother Kelsey Berreth are devastated by her disappearance because they know that the reliable young woman would never willingly abandon her family.

“Kelsey’s a sweet, sweet girl. She’s very grounded. She’s a committed, reliable person. I don’t believe for one minute that she would leave on her own without telling her family where she was going,” said Berreth’s cousin, Jodee Garretson, 50, of Pasco, Wash.

As the days and weeks have passed since Berreth disappeared on Thanksgiving Day, Garretson said she is convinced something is wrong. But she doesn’t know what it could be. Although she never met her cousin’s fiancé, Patrick Frazee, his reputation within her family is good. She had never heard that there was anything wrong with the relationship.

Family: Kelsey Berreth moved to Colorado to be closer to Frazee
Kelsey Berreth’s decision to move to Colorado in 2016 was motivated by love, according to a family member.

Ed Stanfill, Berreth’s uncle, spoke with News 5’s Sam Kraemer Monday, saying she wanted to get closer to then-boyfriend Patrick Frazee. After she moved, Stanfill said she accepted a job at Doss Aviation.

Berreth, who had attended flight school and worked as an instructor in Washington, got to know Frazee some time before moving to Colorado in 2016. Stanfill said he does not know how the couple met, saying, “She’s a pilot. She knows a lot of people.”

Despite working in Pueblo, Stanfill said his niece chose to live in Woodland Park to be closer to Frazee. She did not live with Frazee, he said, because the now-fiancé also lives with his mother.

Neighbors described fiancé of missing Colorado woman as 'quiet' and 'good' | Daily Mail Online
DailyMail.com can reveal Frazee lives with his mother Sheila, 64, on a family ranch where he makes a living by raising and selling cattle as well as horseshoeing.

In Florissant, some told DailyMail.com he was a respected horse-handler who was a good father to baby Kaylee. But MG, 50, who has known Frazee since he was 16, said she refused to let him work on his horses because of how he handled them.

MG told DailyMail.com at a candlelit vigil for the missing woman: 'He was a farrier, we rodeoed together. He's a horseshoer, he roped at a lot of the rodeos that we went to. I used to see him all the time. 'He worked on my horses for a real short time till he punched one in the gut with a rasp and that was about the last time I let him work on my horses.

'[He did it] just because the horse won't stand still, it's kind of common, but horses are very sensitive, they can sense, and my horse was very sensitive. 'He just smacked him with a rasp, it was uncalled for.'

She said: 'It's a characteristic that was ongoing for years. Anytime he was at a rope and his horse didn't act right, he'd rip on his face, kick him. In the community, we were all at ropings and stuff, but if the horse doesn't do exactly what it's supposed to do you don't just beat them.'

She said: 'One time we were at a rodeo in Cripple Creek and he got mad because his horse didn't do good and somebody didn't heel just right to help him get in the money and he got so mad he left out of Cripple Creek Rodeo, flipped his horse trailer with his horse in it and almost killed that horse.

'He got mad, tries to get his vehicle out of there and there's too many cars tightly packed in. Lots of people were there. 'He was in a rage of being mad and angry, because the heeler didn't heel and they lost out the money. It was kind of a sad deal, especially trying to get the horse out that was traumatic for everybody.'

A former girlfriend who dated Frazee more than six years ago declined to speak to DailyMail.com but her current partner said: 'He cheated on her while she was in the hospital, take that for what it's worth.'

Asked whether Frazee was ever abusive, he said: 'He never beat on them (girlfriends) or anything like that. On animals he was rough, he was pretty aggressive with dogs and horses.

The man remembered Frazee from school at Woodland Park High, he added: ' He was Patrick. I'm not getting in it man. Oh yeah, he's a recluse for sure. I haven't seen him in 10 years or so.'

This would be consistent with information Frazee has provided through his attorney, but now a timeline is a bit more in depth. The neighbor says she did not see anyone in that time period though. #KelseyBerreth @KOAA
