We also learned today she lived in a nearby unit first before moving into her current one, according to the neighbor. I’m not sure what caused the move.

I apologize for the confusion. She has seen a man driving the truck dropping off & picking up a baby over the last two years. She saw the truck again Thanksgiving Day, but on that day, she didn’t see anyone. Does that clear it up?

A week after first press conference, no new details on disappearance of Kelsey Berreth
Woodland Park Police Dept. has been tight-lipped about the investigation. Since Monday they've released no new information other than to say because the search warrant was sealed there are no details available about what they found.

On Monday, FOX21 contacted the Colorado Bureau of Investigation with a number of specific questions.

This was their response:

"These are great questions. Investigators continue to follow-up on leads and tips that have been reported since Kelsey's disappearance. While we cannot comment on the specifics of Kelsey's case, the team is working nearly around the clock on this investigation that, as the chief stated, is the department's number one priority."

Neighbors who lived next to Kelsey Berreth said she kept to her self, maybe they just saw her getting her mail or coming in and out. Neighbors also noted they believe red truck removed from Patrick Frazee's home during the search was Kelsey's because neighbors have seen her drive it home.

Many people refused an on-camera interview saying they moved to mountain town likes this to avoid the spotlight.

She saw two trucks. KB & PF both have red pickups. KB's is Chevy, per her uncle. PF, from video I've seen & seeing it towed, is Toyota. KB also has a small sedan. Neighbor tells me she saw all three vehicles when she went outside to leave. That was around 12:30-1p

Good question. The neighbor left to have Thanksgiving with family. I'm not sure after that

(In reply to a tweet asking, "Did she return home later that day? For ex: were all 3 vehicles there at 7 pm?")

Neighbor: Kelsey Berreth is ‘a very kind-hearted person’
“She’s an awesome person. She’s so kind… You can tell she’s a very kind-hearted person,” the neighbor said.

Berreth’s uncle, Ed Stanfill, called her disappearance out of character, also saying she’s comfortable in keeping to herself.

“Typically, she’s fairly quiet. I mean, she’s really reserved,” Stanfill said. “It’s not normal. Kelsey and her mom typically talk quite often. I mean, they were attached at the hip since she was little. I mean, they were best friends.”

Her neighbor also provided some context that could help investigators about what happened Thanksgiving Day, saying they saw another red truck at the house. Berreth owns two cars — a red Chevy pickup and a small sedan — according to Stanfill.

Patrick Frazee, Berreth’s fiance, also owns a red pickup truck.

“I looked up there, and there was both red pickups there Thanksgiving Day. And that was from 12:30 [p.m.] to 1 p.m.,” the neighbor said. “The other two cars were parked with the vehicles facing the apartment, but his was parked sideways behind them.”

The neighbor said they never saw anybody on Thanksgiving Day, but having lived there while Berreth has over the last two years, they said they’ve seen the pickup before. They’ve also seen a man driving the pickup that has come and gone from the home to pick up or drop off a baby.

Colorado Mom Missing Since Thanksgiving: Police Consider Disappearance 'Suspicious'
Retired detective Steve Rogers appeared on "America's Newsroom" Monday to weigh in on the disappearance of Kelsey Berreth, which police have called "suspicious.

Rogers said the police have conducted a "textbook investigation" so far, by starting out by looking at Berreth's home and the people with whom she was closest.

He said investigators will do a full forensic analysis of Berreth's computers, cell phones, text messages, emails and so on.

"The question that I know the police are trying to answer is: Why did it take 10 days, ... why did it take that period of time for somebody to report her missing?" Rogers said.

He said he believes investigators may have obtained a piece of evidence that they are not publicly revealing, in order not to compromise their investigation.

"The police are on track. They're doing a good job with this, but they're being careful not to release too much information, so that the case is not compromised," Rogers said. "Somebody knows something. And I'm sure the police are onto that person. That's why they don't want to say too much."

More from Rogers in the video.

Kelsey Berreth's Fiance Is a 'Gentle Soul' Who Would Never Hurt Anyone, Friend Says
Sonja Oliver, who says she has known Frazee for five years, told Inside Edition, "I've always considered him to be a gentle soul. Soft spoken and just really down to Earth and practical."

Oliver says she “couldn’t imagine him doing anything that would harm anyone.”

“Like most relationships it has ups and downs but for the most part it's a good relationship,” Frazee’s lawyer said of his client’s relationship with Berreth when he spoke to Inside Edition.

Cell phone data is key to cracking Berreth case, expert says
Investigators have searched Kelsey Berreth’s home and vehicles, in addition to the home of fiancé Patrick Frazee, but the key to the case may lie in cell phone data.

That’s according to Mark Pfoff, who worked as an El Paso County Sheriff’s Deputy for 20 years before launching Rocky Mountain Computer Forensics. He’s now a court-qualified expert on cell phones and computers.

Pfoff said if he was working the case, he would hone in on cell phone records, behaviors and more.

What does her phone pinging off a tower in Idaho mean? What could the text messages show? News 5’s Sam Kraemer will have a full report tonight on News 5 at 10.

Police confiscate trash after Patrick Frazee, fiancé of missing Colorado mom Kelsey Berreth, spotted at a waste management facility
The fiancé of a woman who vanished in Colorado on Thanksgiving was spotted at a waste management facility, and police reportedly confiscated the trash he dumped there.

KRDO reports that Patrick Frazee was seen at a waste management facility in Teller County, where he lives, on Monday — along with two other men who reportedly unloaded trash from a trailer that appears to have been attached to the white pickup truck Frazee drove to the facility. According to the report, the two men arrived in separate cars, and Frazee remained in the pickup while they unloaded the trash.

Police came to collect the trash, and the news station reportedly photographed police vehicles on the waste management property. Authorities did not discuss any investigatory purpose of the trash collection and did not disclose any further details when questioned by KRDO.

As CrimeOnline previously reported, law enforcement vehicles were seen at Frazee’s property on Tuesday morning, in what the Colorado Bureau of Investigation said in a statement was a “routine follow-up” to the search of Frazee’s property over the weekend. Authorities executed a search warrant at his 35-acre property on Friday and concluded the search on Sunday without finding Berreth there. It is not known if any potential evidence was found at the home.
