I wonder if he didn't necessarily try to hire someone to commit murder (I believe she died directly at PF's hands - JMO), but rather getting someone to conceal evidence (cell phone perhaps)? Just pondering...
not familiar with CO law, but i know i've heard that in some places soliciting murder actually carries a harsher penalty than first degree murder..."solicitation of first degree murder" in addition to 1st degree murder.
I think guilty conscience probably played into it & I'm thinking somebody came forward just over the last couple of days. JMOWould it take 3+ weeks after to arrest him?
