Atty says solicitation statute must show firm intent (my words) "not just a discussion" (his words). It doesn't matter whether it was acted on. He's speaking 'in general.'

It could mean he solicited someone to kill her, but they refused. Their tip off could have been valuable.

That's what I was thinking, he got turned down and did it himself, until LE said this:
Additional arrests are "an absolute possibility" per Woodland Park officer.

LE also believes the crime occurred at KB's residence.
Only one arrest at this time, can't confirm if there will be additional arrests.
KB's phone DID end up in Idaho, working to try to recover it, phone info was accurate.

Maybe, but they weren't married and he didn't kill the child (fortunately). I also think Kelsey probably made more money than he does, but I could be wrong. But money does seem to be at least part of the motive in most murders.

There is a very good chance that they will be recovering Kelsey shortly if there is another person talking. If so, that person has a deal contingent on taking them to the location of Kelsey.

PF may have solicited more than one person. And who knows, that person may have helped, covered up. etc. We do not know.
