I'm supposed to be designing a website. oops.
No we can't sleuth KK.

Twin Falls couple discusses tough call to FBI
Last night, KMVT’S Kelsey Souto sat down with a Twin Falls family who called the FBI when they realized they had information regarding the disappearance and presumed murder of missing Colorado woman Kelsey Berreth.

J and P tell KMVT, last October, one of their employees came to them visibly upset.

The employee explained her best friend, now identified as KL, allegedly told her that "a man had asked her to kill the mother of his child."

The two then told their employee, to have KL come speak to them.
But, she never did.

The R's say KL even told her best friend "to forget the whole thing."

When asked what made P come forward and call the FBI, she said it was when she connected the dots of who was involved and watching Kelsey’s mother Cheryl plea for help on national television.

“I think the mother that had the courage and go on TV when her daughter was missing, saying that someone knew where she was at,” P said. “At that point in my mind I thought that Patrick, and that was the only name I had heard him called, I didn't know his last name, had done something to her daughter and he knew where she was at.”

The R's decided to come forward to KMVT News after their employee endured harassment and threats on social media.

So that interview clears up one solicitation charge.

We heard last night that the solicitation had to do with KK, and involved three separate instances.

So the first one is supported by independent witnesses, and the other two are likely supported by KK herself.

And other evidence I imagine.

I’m sure there was lots of communication involved, and as they lived hundreds of miles apart, this would likely be supported by text messages.
This KK is guilty of helping with a murder if she sent those texts and got rid of that phone. I bet she is "singing like a bird" to save her butt. She is the best evidence LE has got...MOO

Links? I don’t think any of this has been confirmed.
All of this was early December press videos from LE on earlier threads here on Websleuths.

Exactly.

I’m completely and utterly confused by the interpretation of these new developments to mean that PF is less responsible, and KK may have been the brilliant mastermind behind all of this.

If anything, we have learned that he had a degree of help, but that doesn’t mitigate his responsibly even a little bit.

KK is in trouble, but it’s not like they are going to switch places.

He’s where he belongs, she might be joining him.
I completely agree with you.

I’m the opposite. Why would you agree to be involved in getting rid of the phone but not the full plan? You know helping get rid of the phone is a crime, you know the murderer, you knew what his intentions were over a month prior, why involve yourself at all? Why not go right to police? She had a reason to want to help IMO. She’s in this, deep.
Yes, I agree that she's in deep, and apparently she knew this murder was going to happen. She didn't go to the police, and may have sent the messages and disposed of the phone. That's bad enough.
I just don't think she took part of the murder itself, although we don't know if she witnessed any part of it. It's not like she "couldn't stand the sight of blood" as she was a nurse.
But I do think it's possible for someone to be close enough to a person to be willing to help out or cover up after the fact. It doesn't necessarily mean she took part in the murder. Not that I would be at all surprised, I just think she would have been arrested already if she participated in that part of the crime. Imo

Because that's what they do on SM. It's awful. Have you ever followed a case on Facebook? Let me be clear; I don't recommend it!
MOO
ITA I refer to as Fakebook. Yes, they might have a kernel of truth somewhere in the muck, but I wouldn't was through it for love or money! I'll just bide my time and get the facts here on WS. :D

Aw, forgive me, I'm getting all misty-eyed...he's going to give her that glorious future together he (no doubt) pledged to her, after all.

Someone, please, pass me a hankie.

Hey. Gives new meaning to "the ole ball and chain"

We have heard the the employee was upset. I would like to know what KK’s demeanor was when she told her best friend, i.e., the employee, that PF had solicited her?
She’s likely being treated as a witness, and I can’t imagine that we’ll be hearing from her before trial.

I’m dying to know that as well.

Someone, please, pass me a Kleenex. Quickly.

Giving new meaning to the ole ball and chain.
If that ain’t true love, I don’t want to know what true love is.

Just beautiful.

I doubt this law office employee (friend of KK) posted what she knew all over the internet. She wouldn't be that stupid. Sleuthers would have found her statements.

KK suddenly had the FBI breathing down her neck. She knew exactly who told the police that Patrick had solicited her to kill Kelsey. KK may have told other friends that this law office employee betrayed her and they began to threaten the law office employee.

MOO

Maybe she’s the witness that needed protecting
