Purely IMO but after watching the video on the landfill search and LE indicating everything pointed them there, I have to wonder

1. If they got more info from KK and she did know more about how/when/where PF disposed of what remained of the tote and KB.

2. If PF was truly a bright lightbulb and actually purchased the tote at Walmart and they verified it from the receipt.
Maybe that’s why KK received what seems like to us a ridiculously generous deal. Maybe she does know where he disposed of the body.It sounds like LE is there specifically due to very particular info provided. Let’s see.

Question....how would someone know in advance that they needed
to disguise the smell of a burning body? I wouldn't know that,
would you?
rhetorical question, that's all.
I know it only because my father was a fireman back in the 50's when all gear came home with him, even the ax. I could smell him before he got to the back door. One day ( a rather putrid smell) he took all his gear off outside instead of the screen porch area, came in sobbing and kept hugging me crying. Then he told my aunt the worse smell in the world was that of burning flesh, I later found out a family with several kids passed in a fire, it was probably his first experience with the smell. He was a fireman until the day he died in 1996.

Investigators to begin landfill search for Kelsey Berreth’s body
KOAA reporter Sam Kraemer said on Twitter that Woodland Park Police Commander Chris Adams led a news conference about the planned search on Monday afternoon, and shared a media advisory with reporters that said the investigation was now focused on the recovery of Berreth’s remains.

According to the media advisory shared on Twitter, the search is set to begin Tuesday and last for up to 35 days. Investigators have reportedly narrowed in on a “target” area in the landfill that includes 4,320 cubic yards of trash.

Adams reportedly said that 30 to 40 people from multiple local and state agencies will aid in the search of Midway Landfill in Fountain, Colorado. The search will not involve cadaver dogs.

As CrimeOnline previously reported, a spokesperson for Midway Landfill said in mid-January that authorities had requested to search the landfill. When asked why there was an apparent delay in the start of the search, Adams told the KOAA reporter that investigators had been working to corroborate Kenney’s story and seek outside help experts more experienced in landfill searches.

I really can't be certain Ma F knew the night of the 24th what they were burning. She likely stood there and wondered, maybe even asked later on. You have to believe they lied to her. They are both pathological liars we have no doubt. However, she knows now, I am certain.
My mom would have smelled something odd in that fire and asked just what the heck I was burning. Even the next day, the odd smell would have lingered, I think, based on fires I’ve had here, especially when anything other than wood is burned.

Uncontested divorce in less than 60 days is probably correct.

However, I'm not going to discount the August 2018 date cited in AA (by CL) as Idaho is a community property state, and perhaps the couple worked out settlement agreements in August. CL is a party to this divorce. MOO

When did CL and KK sell their home and move? Could that date be tied to the sale of the home and split of assets?

I believe KK stated she came out on the porch once then came and looked at what was burning then went back in the house. No link

I have wondered if CB sent that package so that there would be a comparison surveillance image of PF in the neighbor's system when he picked it up. But the date of CB's request does not align with the investigation dates, eg LE would have prompted CB to do this with LE already knowing about that camera.

17. Also, on or about December 2, 2018, Cheryl-Lee Berreth asked Frazee to go toKelsey’s home to check on her. Frazee said he was in Westcliffe but promised that he would do so. Cheryl-Lee Berreth also sent a text message to Frazee on or about this same date, asking him to pick up a package if it was on Kelsey’s doorstep. Upon information and belief, Frazee did neither.

Just noting, for the record, that there was not a notation of the delivery of the package being caught on camera. I'm sure that will come back in court whether it was or was not. Sometimes cameras pick up stuff, sometimes it does pick up motion and take a photograph and send it to the subscriber, and sometimes not.

this preliminary hearing was just to prove information and not put everything out into the court.

This trial is going to be one that everybody has to do crock pots with, especially due to the fact it will have to be done by tweets.

But it seemed to have worked out very well with the preliminary hearing because they were doing such a great job. A few errors which we have gone back and forth on the threads about, but I think we Now understand from looking at all of them to put it in perspective statements that sometimes happened. Thank you to those that sleuth it down to get the correct interpretation.

But I would assume they're going to be more people tweeting at the trial itself.

I think we could all pretty much agree on a longer list, right?
Ita !

Anyone --even if they feel they had nothing to do with Kelsey's murder -- who knew after or especially before this happened ....
What is wrong with people ?

You hear of a plot to kill an innocent person, you go to the authorities !
How selfish to let someone go to their death when you could've warned them !

Pay close attention to #47 the last sentence .
Well that was interesting !

Or, like finding a straw-colored needle in a haystack. :(
Once they excavate and set the trash in rows, I wonder if high-res drones will be used, along with the searchers on the ground. It might be an opportunity to "crowdsolve" by eliciting help from sharp-eyed sleuths. Or, the experts can review the footage the night before, and "flag" any item(s) that seem promising. IMO

ETA: Looks like Necrosearch has that covered. There was mention of aerial photography.

I think there had to be some awful smells during that fire, gas, oil, human flesh, human hair, and plastic. I am really surprised SF did not bother to ask them what they were doing. If it was my kid, I would have been asking questions.

If PF is arrogant enough to go to trial, and I think he is, I hope he hangs SF in the process. C'mon no one burns a body 25 feet from your house without you knowing it.

Even little kids at school pick up things from their parents, and when her kids get older, sooner or later someone will see it on the internet. Kids can be so cruel, and all it takes is one hateful bully coming to school and telling one of her kids what 'mommy' was involved in: adultery, lies and murder.
I hope they here it from loving family, and counselor before that happens. To cushon the cruel blow. I hope they have legal representation too. To keep their best interest, and insure their safety. From her.
MOO

I wouldn't even dare burn yard waste in my mom's yard. No way.

If one knows the answers maybe she doesn't need to ask the questions?
