@woundwarrior and @zea mays , I thank you both very much for your input.

When we found out that KKL was involved with KB's demise, and she was a nurse, I was very concerned.

Assuming KKL gets her Idaho license revoked, will this revocation apply to the green states as well? Or, do some of the green states have more leeway to their licensing requirements?

It will apply to them all. And, it would be INCREDIBLY unlikely for her to get a license in the non-compact (non-green) states at a later date. She would have to commit fraud (state that she had never had disciplinary action on her application) and still would likely be detected at some point. It's pretty safe to say she will have no ability to practice as a nurse after she leaves jail.

I missed all the news til now. I thought she was being sentenced on the 2nd for some reason.

Woohoo!!!! Maxed her out. I would have loved to see her on post-release probation for a little longer than a year though!!

Time to take off my nail polish. I considered waiting til Ma was charged but it's not looking like that's gonna happen.

She will no longer have a nursing license and not be able to obtain one in any state.
Nurses don't conspire to murder. JMO

Oh, I wouldn't get out the acetone just yet…

DA May mentioned in his presser yesterday afternoon that a special prosecutor was investigating the murder solicitations PF made from prison.

I still think it's possible Ma may end up being tied to those solicitations, specifically, the payments.

And then there's the matter of the missing horses, Cinnamon and Easter.

Ma ain't home-free yet.

JMO.

Woman fears the worst after unknowingly leaving horses with convicted murderer Patrick Frazee

SABBM:
The Park County woman was moving to Arkansas to be closer to her grandchildren. She arranged for her farrier (a horseshoe expert) of five years to find a good home for her horses Easter and Cinnamon.

“He told me that it was a friend that he went to high school with,” Oliver said. “I thought I could trust him.”

That trust was shattered a month later, after the man she left her horses with, Patrick Frazee, was arrested for murdering his fiancee Kelsey Berreth.

“He committed murder,” Oliver said. “So there you go. You just don’t know people you think you know.”

Oliver says she hasn’t seen her horses since, and now is left wondering what Frazee did to them.

I mean, I hate to break it to Ms. Oliver, I really do.

But this is PF we're talking about here.

Re: the current whereabouts of Easter and Cinnamon, I'm thinking glue factory.

Krystal Lee sentenced to 3 years; how much time will she serve? - KRDO
[...]

"It's sort of an innocuous crime, it doesn't have any serious consequences like a violent crime would," said Criminal Defense Attorney, Pat Mika, who believes she won't be behind barbed wires and prison doors for too long.

"She is automatically eligible for a reduction of 25% reduction off the top of the sentence before she goes into prison. That reduces her sentence down to 27 months. She is eligible for parole after she serves half of that time in prison so that would give her 13 and a half months in her parole eligibility date comes up," he said.

[...]

"In this system, she starts getting processed out about nine months before her parole eligibility date so she could theoretically serve a prison sentence of 4 months or 4.5 months," Mika said.

Not directed at you Pommy, but 4 to 4.5 months for what she did is utterly obscene :( IMHO

I agree. Did you read the last sentence of the article? It's so ridiculous I couldn't bring myself to copy it here. MOO
I hadn't, but I have now. Ridiculous pretty much sums it up. It's also so very, very sad that she wasn't held accountable in a meaningful way :( Thankfully, at least PF's sentence was gratifying. I guess her real sentence will be looking over her shoulder for as long as that turd is alive.

Colorado is not alone with the "no truth in sentences" -- Michelle Carter shaved off almost 6 months of her sentence by attending prison courses, working, good behavior, etc. and was released just last week after spending little time in DOC (texted Conrad to kill himself).
