Here's a look at the things we heard after the mid day break in court: Defense pushed that their Lucas was cooperating: sat through five hours of interviews or never asked for an attorney or is right to remain silent. Lucas did dodge several questions or didn't remember events.

Investigators found is foggy memory "convenient" for details he would remember. In determining why the case was clear, prosecutors had investigators walk through the possible areas for Kelsie: She wasn't at her apartment, she wasn't with her car, she wasn't at Walmart, Parkview

nor St. Mary Corwin. Based on her cell phone pings and conversations, she was with Lucas or at his Grand mother's. "When the investigation that he has the phone is that because there is no other possibility?" Sgt. Cody Wager answers yes.

Second to last on the stand for prosecutors: Dog search expert Officer Frank Hurst. Hurst said his proven tracking dog indicated that there was decomposing tissue in Lucas' grandmother's backyard (Specifically the tree) and one floor mat in Kelsie's car. (Decomposing can come

from live or dead bodies. It's like if you sneeze, that mucus starts decomposing once it leaves your body). The dog didn't indicate to other surfaces that would make sense there was decomposing tissue, but nothing of evidently value was found. Lastly, FBI Special Agent Moore who

was with the Violent Criminal Apprehension program testified. He said it'd be hard for anyone with out assistance or resources to flee and not be found. Particularly as all of Kelsie's friends & family have not heard from her. Moore said he sees no indication that Kelsie is alive
