I am still shocked that police went to the house so soon. Wonder if the friend had a friend that was a cop? Just seems odd that police would rush to the house because a friend can’t get ahold of her friend.
They just came out for a well check on a pregnant woman, they weren't concerned about missing yet. I think CW's behavior combined with all belongings in the house rang the alarm right away.

I have explained my reasoning for this in previous posts. He was faced with two bad options. Call 911 and Likely be blamed for all the deaths or hide the bodies. He chose the worst of the two bad options.
If his story is true he also could have:
Stopped his wife rather than murder her, called 911, tried to save his children's lives.

I wonder how far he would have gone with this story if he has time? I wonder if he planned to abandon her car somewhere with some essential items they would need to try making it look like they left and then went missing on their trip to wherever.

I was wondering about her car too. It is hard to make a believable case for her running off with the kids, without her car. But did he know about the cameras ? There really wasn't any way for him to drive away in her car, unnoticed.

I suppose we could imagine tht some unnamed friend picked them up. But then again, those cameras....

No, he had another option, he could have called the police and not killed Shanann. Sorry, two stranglers in one family is just a bit too much to believe!

I guess where I live, if I call police like 12 hours after I drop someone off to say they aren’t answering the phone, they will think I’m crazy.

The photo smirking is the same in the video you posted. Look at the bricks and siding in the background and shirt.

Am I the only one who thinks there was no discussion about separation that night? I just don’t believe him. I suspect that when LE interrogated him and confronted him with “we know you have a girlfriend” that he decided to make up the story about wanting a separation. I doubt he wanted a separation at all.

While there’s a 0.01% chance that his story is true, I don’t believe him at all.

SW seemed like motherhood was everything to her, besides Thrive. Her SM is so full of her kids, it’s almost extreme. I wonder if CW was feeling relegated to de minimis status in the household and resented being the least important one.
I just find it hard to believe anyone has a discussion at 2am, when they have to be at work early that same morning.

Admittedly, I don’t know for sure, but it seemed that her life was mostly about taking care of her kids, I don’t see where she had time to be out there selling product.

You are right. He should have called the police after her alleged actions and not killed her. But Clearly he had lost all control at that point and the ability to think rationally.

LE had done a wellness check on the dog and now on the family. Doesn't surprise me that they acted swiftly, NA was concerned and had inside knowledge of SW's health and marriage.

We also still don't know if LE had ever been to the house before. If the address popped up with a previous DV call I'm sure it got their attention.

I know a few pages back there was discussion of the floor plan for their house, I just can't find it now. I do think I have found the builder for their subdivision. I can link it if someone wants it but you have to explain to me how to link as well.

YES.

Also, if he had stopped her by hitting her in head with blunt object, or had to stab her to save the 2nd child, even if she died, he should have called 911. Because right then, preserving that scene, would have shown her to be the killer, IF he was telling the truth.

What he did in response, totally destroyed any potential evidence that would show she strangled the babies. What a smart move by him, now that I think about it...

That's their job. In addition, she had a low blood pressure episode the night before and wasn't feeling well. She was 15 weeks pregnant, had lupus and fibromyalgia, missed her doctor's appointment and wasn't answering calls or texts which was said to be very unlike her.

ETA: Her car was in the garage with the children's car seats.

What are we talking about here? Thx!
Sorry I can't find the original post. Allegedly CW's mom - paraphrasing "put out peanuts for the girls even though they are allergic, because she didn't believe they were"

We still don’t know how the friend knew she missed the appointment do we? I haven’t seen it reported that the friend was suppose to take her. How could she legally know she missed it?
