In the discovery, the babysitter for Aug. 11th, sent SW pictures of the girls sleeping in their beds. Both girls faces were turned away from the monitor. Since SW made sure CW did not open the garage door because Bella was such a light sleeper , SW would not of risked waking Bella by opening her bedroom door. IMO CW killed them before SW got home because he knew SW would not risk waking them up so late. And CW arranged them in the beds so they were facing away from the monitor camera so when SW checked on them in the monitor she would think they were just sleeping.

It's not well written in my opinion as it says he was planning murders while at party by texting Cody at 17:06 but then goes on to say Mackenna said he left earlier at 15:30.. So that contradicts headline

I was trying to create an index, but unfortunately many of the pages referenced here were the discovery page (vs. the pdf page) so it's pretty screwed up. At the rate the threads are moving, I don't know whether I'll ever get it cleaned up or that it will even be useful at this point. MOO

I tend to believe what he texted Shanann that evening or other times were mostly lies. I just don't believe him. Kind of like I never believed words spoken or written by Jodi Arias.

I just finished reading the interview and confession to investigators. It's so obvious he is lying it's laughable. Detetectives practictly spelled out his whole confession for him. Now I see where he got the idea. From LE themselves. Towards the end they keep asking him if he is sure Shanann didn't somehow kill the girls and things escalated from there? Maybe there was an " accident" and things got out of control? They suggested other scenarios involving Shanann killing the girls and him reacting in anger ending in her being killed. Then suddenly he wants to speak to his dad. Tells him a whole story of Shanann finally realizing he was having an affair and before he knew it she was strangling the girls. Uses the words suffocated and then ends up sticking to strangled. It's just so obvious!
I bet his dad repeated everything to his family and that's the reason his supporters pushed his story so much. Many of their theories matched what was said in that room. No wonder LE mentioned the theories on the internet hampering the investigation. People get bits of information from the investigation and then run with it, adding their own opinions. Ronnie told that story to LE about the doll, and before you know it it becomes an important clue to the investigation. I don't think they considered it to be evidence at all.

The other thing I noticed was once CW told them his story, the only thing he is concerned about is what they think if him. He doesn't want a co- worker to go with LE to the site because he is afraid of what they will think. He says they all think he is a "good guy." He also expresses to his dad and LE that he is worried what they think if him now. His main concern is what everyone thinks.
This supports the notion that the psychopaths worst fear is to be exposed as what they really are. Above all, this is what concerns him most. We observed this by the way he held his head down and hunched his shoulders in the court room. He has finally been exposed and will always be known for his shameful and despicable acts. I hope he is aware of the document being public and that everyone will know every word he said, and everything he did. Jmo

But what Ronnie failed to say was that it was CW that transmitted the "doll" photo to SW. No surprise.

(Discovery evidence revealed CW took the photo 8/9/18, and sent to SW at 1144 hours).

I’ve been thinking for some time that the “emotional conversation” was CW telling Shanann what his plan was as he was strangling her. She was probably asleep when he started and whilst he squeezed the life out her he was taunting her. MOO

It has been stated CW didn't like confrontation. IMO he just simply didn't care so why bother discussing. CW has been described as quiet and no real close independent friendships. Sociopaths are loners and do not form close bonds or care to. Just a few of the traits we are seeing. IMO. These traits can be missed and described as shy etc. etc. etc.I'm just looking at his behavior based on what he is. IMO

I believe there may have been a small window for discard. While CW was under surveillance, I recall the incident of CW stopping at the work truck parked on street and possibly rummaging for content. There was also a point where the tracker lost him, and he CW picked up by other. MOO

IMO, she didn't see her babies dead as suggested further upthread because there were no defensive injuries, i.e. he probably killed her once she fell asleep. So she also probably checked on them before going to sleep because that's what moms do when they've been away from their little ones. I'm thinking he must have killed her, then the children.

You don’t think if SW checked on the girls that they would wake up (since they’e been in bed since probably 7pm), and then they wouldn’t want to go back to sleep?

I agree. Emotional for poor Shanann for sure. For him pure enjoyment. Finally rid of the problem/s. I do think her death was painful in every way imagined. He is a Sociopathic killer. It wasn't a "nice" kill. For lack of better words. Why would a a man capable of this even care about any of their suffering. IMO
