Sounds a bit combative and rude. The nerve of him.

*Notice the timeline - he texted this before he was confronted with NUA or LE. This was what he was going to say to LE whenever it was that he had planned to notify LE of his missing family - Shanann went to visit her friend and forever disappeared.

Hate to admit it, but I couldn’t hold back the laugh. CW is so stupid! Like he ever wrote a text to SW about the kids whereabouts like this before, “if you take the kids somewhere, please let me know where they are at!” It’s so obvious he’s setting up his concerned father alibi. “See, I didn’t know my kids were dead.” Dumbass.

Because it states, move made for safety, I wonder if there have been occasions where CW was under threat.
Hope this is later revealed.
Perhaps moving him out of state, he will be less known, have less of a known profile.
However I hope it isn't, to be closer to his family, making it easier for them.

I hope he gets sent to Nevada Mens Maximum Prison in Ely, NV. It's really in the middle of nowhere and there are very very tough guys there.

I agree! That neighbor was mostly watching CW.... with a WTF look on his face, IMO. Also, besides the crazily-guilty-looking, hands-on-his-head pose, I also noticed that several times CW turned away from the neighbor, back towards the front door, and made a WTF kind of face to himself. Eyes super big..... so, so, so guilty looking throughout all of this...

So another lie.
Didn't we all finally think this was correct, as his father in law, also stated it was broken, when he lived there.
So did CW carry on with this lie, to prevent others entering via the keypad, for years?
Am I just mixed up, about CW stating this was broken, or perhaps Defense easily 'fixed' the problem.

But then when LE did not come for him on Monday evening, he felt that he was home and hosed and stepped up to do the infamous smirking, preening interviews.

It was Inmate Watts' Apple Watch that was found on the nightstand. I don't think it was said whether or not it was charging. Shanann's Apple Watch was found under the pillows on the sofa.

I'm slowing reading the discovery. I have to say it's becoming harder to remember details. This case has become

Of course he lied. They are a whole family of malicious liars and now can add cowardly child killers to their CV.

I think he planned it. But things didn't go according to the plan. They never do. I just don't think he has the personality to change plans midstride so it looks like nothing was planned.

I believe that CW straddled SW while she was sleeping and covered, thus pinning her arms down so she could not move or fight back. However, she could scream. If she did, she probably woke up little Bella (who was anxiously waiting for Mommy to come home). If Bella came into their room (which she often did), she probably saw what daddy was doing to Mommy. CW probably grabbed her when he finished with Mommy (which is why I believe she fought back...and hard (she was awake). Little CeCe was next. Probably still asleep and just fingers on the nose and one hand to keep her little mouth closed.

When he got to the oil tanks, there was no way he could get Shanann in one of those tanks. He may not have considered the tanks for Shanann, and he may have thought he could return later and do a better job or move her, so he buried her (only eight inches of soil to cover her) quickly. He was in such a hurry, I believe that is why he dropped his little girls into those tanks. He didn't have time to bury them. It was already daylight, and he was running very late at this point. The only other alternative is premeditation for all of them and includes the tanks. UGH

I could be all wrong, but I've thought about why he would have murdered his little girls. I believe IF Bella saw him, OR IF he panicked after he had killed Shanann and thought, "What will I do with the girls now that I've killed their Mother and caretaker?" Only one sorry, sick solution either way...and he did the unthinkable.

I don't see how he could have been any dumber in committing this crime. He is one of the coldest, uncaring and totally detached individuals I have ever watched lie through their teeth. A man who is without a conscience. WHY?

No, he didn’t lie, he thinks he’s so smart, he figured it out all by himself! Using Watts’ family logic.

So both SW’s apple watch and phone were found underneath pillows on the same couch in the loft? NUA’s son found her phone under the cushions but I guess did not find the watch since that was found by LE. I’ve always thought CW hid her phone there. If the watch was there as well maybe he stashed them both - either to prevent any calls for help or to hide from LE before their search.

Even worse, he later tells investigator that he's never personally witnessed any of SW's alleged bad behavior (i.e., nutgate), and that he loved her and got along well with her. Also stated it very unlikely SW would ever hurt her children, and couldn't say either way whether or not SW would hurt herself. IMO, RW another greatly influenced/manipulated by Cindy.

I agree, I'm sure there's hell to pay if RW didn't stand by mama Watts, this goes for the daughter too. This has gone on for over 35 yrs, now it's just second nature. jmo

Im pretty sure they were referring to the code on the front door not the garage.

They were. They even point at the front door. The front door also had a code - that's how NUA knew the latch was on the door. She had the code and tried to enter but couldn't.

I agree. Beautiful house, but I cannot believe they bought it as their first home together, and before the kids were even born. If they had the income to afford it, I would get it, but they did not at any point from the info we have. They clearly had expensive taste in everything, and I think it was both of them, honestly.

I agree. Champagne taste on a 3/2 budget. The stress of their financials alone would be enough to send some over the edge. They were really into appearances , without an income to support it, and spending way out of their means. It had to be a pressure cooker for them. NK might have picked up on that, and seemed to be unafraid to have CW know how important $$ was to her. She probably let him know in her way, how the kids represented dollar signs to her, and if he were divorced, that would have a huge impact. Yuk.. 2 of a kind there.
