Obv this is not exactly like the Jennifer Dulos case but there's a lot that is resonant.
Resolute denial among some who may have problematic motivations... I can't go on (verbally)

As the judge is discussing possible bail for Barry Morphew: "Is it possible Mr. Morphew would be convicted? Yes. Is it fairly likely he would be convicted? ... This case could go either way in front of a jury."

I figure by then, Barry had figured out that Suzanne's interest in biking was both part of a new feeling of independence on her part - and suggested to her by JL.

Are they really going to let him use Suzanne's money for his bail. How does that work? Can you use the money of your victim to bail yourself out?

IF BM can make bail, look for him to try to run or pull a Fotis Dulos on the world.

I cannot imagine finding probable cause for Murder 1 and tampering with a deceased body and then granting bond!

I do not trust BM for one hot second on bail. There are people who are probably throwing up with anxiety right now, hearing that.

Hopefully it's a very high cash only bond he can't raise.
