Ok, this is driving me crazy. I absolutely remember what @Seattle1 was talking about (one of the daughters calling or texting Suzanne from inside the house to tell her breakfast was ready).

Does anyone remember where this came from? Prelim maybe?

Sorry to get your head spinning @MassGuy! I think it might even have been AM recounting this story during a PE episode or even on Dr. Phil! Not that any of this will satisfy your curiosity in the next 30 minutes.

My guess is there is always dirt and gravel on those trailers. Pins and screws could have been from the old bobcat blade. I have no guess about footprint, or where the new blade was stored before installation or how long.

Yep there's always dirt and gravel on ours too, however, there won't be three dogs alerting to our skid steer or our trailor....

The alerting is deeply concerning.

Must have been the PH. I don’t remember any tweets so maybe it was on an LS YouTube recap?
What I remember is MM2 text to SM saying Dad made biscuits and then SM replied like an hour later saying Just Woke up. When in fact she had been texting with JL at the time.
Must have been Defense bringing this up. JMO

Is Andy's search info allowed to be discussed here? I am looking at reports from his search and came across the 3 locations search dogs hit during his search. Was curious if that has been discussed? One was close to their home and the other 2 seems to be further away.

I was also looking closer at the area around their home on Puma Path. Looking at the land and terrain trying to get a feel for it. I think in my mind I had the home situated a different way and still trying to piece it together with the pictures we've seen and then the maps. The back of the house was facing the river. I found a real estate description that said natural stone stairs down to the river. Looking at the overhead view it seems those stairs are closest to where Barry backed his truck up to the night of the 9th and also where the trailer and bobcat where parked.

Do we know where the hot tub was located? I've searched every online listing I can find (realtor.com, zillow, etc) and no photos of the hot tub, but it is mentioned in the listings.

Also, it would seem that Barry's "garage" was the third stall of the 3 car garage. I was trying to figure out if there was a separate place he had his safe and all this "junk", but I don't see anything. I see in the police body cam video that Suzanne's car is in the first stall (one to the left) and MM2's car is in the middle stall, so that leaves the far right stall for Barry to have his tools, the safe and the guns we see in the photo. Is this what everyone thinks?

There is a video showing all around the property. You can see the hot tub in the back. Maybe someone still has the video.

Funny you mention this, I've been looking for this again all day, for a post I have in mind. The only videos I watch Are PL...so it must have been the PH 3 or 4 I'm thinking. It was definitely said.

April 21, 2020: JL to SM “Good morning”, about 20 messages went back and forth, SM to JL “I want to be with you. I need you” and “I can only be myself with you”. Message from MaM to SM “Are you up? Dad made biscuits”, SM replied to MaM 1 hour later “I just woke up” when she had reportedly been communicating with JL.

As I was searching the AA for @MassGuy question, I read the interview with Laura and Andrew Richardson again. It really is telling. People know when something feels off. I know we don't convict people on feelings, but man is that very telling. Several incidents where Barry just gave him the creeps. Men don't usually get the creeps like women do. Well maybe I shouldn't generalize, but I think women just have more reason to pick up on people being "off" The fact that this man noted several incidents both before and after Suzanne went missing is telling. His behavior was not normal. Every time I read the AA more things pop out.

Barry, MM1 and MM2 seemed more relaxed and carefree as they walked together last week.

Just wondering where this came from and thought of the attorneys giving them confidence.

Sure they are coached to look supportive but they did look more naturally relaxed.

IMO I think their "brand" would better serve defense if they walked side-by- side, drop the hand holding, no coffees, and dressed in casual business attire.
No wide smiles but in relaxed confidence walk straight ahead.
It might help the daughters to focus on entry doors and mentally block everything else.

Their lives must feel surreal.

to piggy back off this, I think we are seeing trauma really at its core play out, which is sad. MM1 seems more bothered when we see them together and MM2 more confident. We are truly seeing trauma play and I pray for Suzanne’s daughters.

I thought she got a hefty amount of walking around money every week...that is somewhere in the documents...I do think it is misognistic to make that statement but I've often wondered how it works in one income producing families. It's too personal to ask any of my friends who were fortunate to be in that situation where they didn't need to work outside the home. That's a rather expensive beginner bike she was riding and no one in that family seems to be in "want" as far a materialistic things so somehow money got dispersed.

That wasn't so much about giving Suzanne what she wanted, as much as it was about his image. His daughters, his wife, all reflected upon him and the image he wanted to convey (perfect wealthy family).

He couldn't have his wife driving around in a beater car, and riding a Huffy bike.

He wasn't giving Suzanne what she needed emotionally, but I'm sure all the trappings were his way of trying to appease her in that regard.

We're currently waiting on a decision from the court on discovery violations alleged by the defense.

There was a court hearing last July via video conference on discovery violations (BM listened from jail) where defense attorney IE for the second time asked for BM's charges to be reduced to 2nd degree murder as a sanction.

Reading over Tweets from the prior hearings and PH, I thought Murphy had good control over his courtroom and wasn't quick to accept any argument on its face including suggestions by the attorneys. He was quick to say a suggestion was premature or wanted to think before he made a decision. I also recall he was criticized for saying he wasn't a robot. I'm reserving my opinion on Judge Lama -- a bit concerned on his written order concerning pretrial publicity.

Nielsen wants the court to give the same amount of time to each side. The judge said lets give a day or two days of the hearing and see where we are then. I want it to be completed in those four days. Judge asked Nielsen if they are going to call witnesses and she didn't know yet

Prosecution allegedly plans to bring 18 witnesses for the 4 day preliminary hearing according to Barry's Attorny Iris Eytan. She thinks that is to keep Barry in jail and delay the process.

Personally, I’m not concerned about this decision, because when Barry morphew gets in front of a jury it’s all over. Most of us have smart phones and have been in relationships that can make the distinction she didn’t use her phone Saturday because she couldn’t. I always look at patterns of behaviors and I suspect the jury will too.

That wasn't so much about giving Suzanne what she wanted, as much as it was about his image. His daughters, his wife, all reflected upon him and the image he wanted to convey (perfect wealthy family).

He wasn't giving Suzanne what she needed emotionally, but I'm sure all the trappings were his way of trying to appease her in that regard.

Don’t forget that when BM made that remark that he was her ATM it was during his statements accusing CBD Tim of being a suspect and trying to paint SM of being a drug abuser hanging around with nefarious types.
I think he was trying to say that he knew how much money she had access to or making a point that we should question what she did with it.
I’m sure he made her account for it like he told her what to wear and what to put in her body.

Perhaps MM1 feels incensed her father is accused?

MM2 doing what's required to maintain her identity as a daughter and sister?

Of the three, she may best understand the dynamics that lead to Suzanne's death.

I'm going to change the subject for a brief moment.

In the AA Barry's statement at the beginning with LE is:

"We had a great night that Saturday before. We made love that night. There was nothing that happened at 2:30. I mean, I looked back. Nothing. We grilled, I grilled steak at probably five, six. We ate dinner. Went to bed. We made love."

I kept reading this over and over and over and I couldnt put my finger on it something isn't right. Or I'm missing something.

However, now I think I figured it out. He says nothing happened at 2:30, then go straight to 5 or 6 at night where he grilled.

He jumps over two-and-a-half to three and a half hours.

Why?

Why did he jump over that??

Because this is the missing info on her attack and death.

When he gave his statement to the police-- without even realizing it--he discussed a jump in time.

I know we have another hearing this Thursday February 10, but since seeing that he said this in Court on Feb 1st:

So far, the judge has not made a decision on the defense’s claims of the prosecution’s discovery violations. Judge Lama is expected to make a ruling in writing and it should be posted to the Fremont Cases of Interest page.

They were pretty quick to upload his Order on Change of Venue last week, so maybe we’ll see his ruling before the Hearing. ??
