YES!!!
I wonder how "his" searches are going ??
Has he sent out the troops looking all over ??

Has he, himself, been out looking ??

Yeah, right !!!

If I have missed news about his searching efforts, I would love to see them but I am going to bet, there have no search efforts on his part.
He’s waiting for OJ to show him how searching works.

Totally might be wrong about this, but hear me out. His bobcat's Sim card and it's movement would be logically connected to his specific bobcat.
What would have happened if he had switched out the Sim card or wrapped it in foil to avoid detection?

JMO
The FBI would know this, and if that was a viable scenario I think we would have heard more about it.

The dog hits were very strong evidence, so they would have done everything they could to both seek corroboration, and find out what secrets that Bobcat held.

So I don't think he did anything like that.

11:25 Barry's truck backs up 96.8' out of driveway.
Possibly moving to let the older RR out.

Occurs to me that this is the several hour time block BM had.

I forget the next time his next activity is fregistered. Opening and shutting the truck I think.

From the AA, we know that the 2018 Bobcat was equipped with VerizonConnect GPS that translates to cellular assist GPS where I don't think swapping SIMs would be much different than you trying to use my Verizon SIM card in your phone --no connection/no service. JMO

So the NECRO dog hits on the trailer (not the bobcat) are critical to this case?

And that means that Bob, the Proverbial Cat, has been ruled out and maybe exonerated?...

IMO, the second Cat I've stood up for....

I understand this view point. I think there are probably things that aren't connected and just happened to occur that day or in the days before and after. If even half of the lies he told and the coincidences that happened that week alone are connected, then it's still overwhelming evidence pointing to Barry.
Culpably colorized [et al] by this 'opinionator', for laser focus ;) ...

Good evening, justtrish !

I'm of the somewhat contrary mindset that, from the "I'm done!" declaration, Barry had tunnel vision. That was the starting gun; finally, he was out of the blocks, and the long-anticipated race had begun!

Strategy, and pacing. Now that's how one finishes ahead of everyone.

The myriad strategies of "Vanishing Suzanne" - akin more to chains of daydreams over who knows how many years - now had to be marshaled post haste. Knowing that he'd have a few days - operative word: "few" - certainly he was aware of the "time compression" phenomenon...
PLUS... he'd have to play multiple personalities
throughout. And keep these straight. And authentic. And "disarming" had to be the milieu.

True, there were lethal consequences around every corner, obtaining to every twist and turn! And Barry knew he would have to be nonpareil, and to be thus, as well, throughout.
Which was ok, he reasoned, because he had been unsurpassed and/or without equal, well..., since forever

So, IMHO, every single thing we may ever - if ever - learn about his carryings-on AD, [after "Done"], were intentional and in furtherance of - may I call it this? I think I will - Barry's manifest and unproveable pièce de ré·sis·tance.

I heard, he searched for her with Sho in FL and afterwards in IN, haha.

If HE sent away his daughters on the camping trip, the timing with AD (after "done") might not fit so well? Idk.

If all else fails, I am thinking of tossing a certain tasty piece of raw man-sized steak into the central pond of a certain well-known zoo. The pond abounds with alligators, piranhas, and I can't remember what else, except for a few red herrings. It is surrounded by quite a few bears, mountain lions, bobcats, chipmunks, elks, deer, coyotes, etc, etc, so escape may be a bit difficult. We can hope.

Investigators obviously knew he turned left, as he had to have done that to plant the helmet. With the telematics not tracking his movements for a period of time that morning, getting Barry to admit that on his own would have been another important admission/piece of evidence.

SA Harris explained to Barry that sometimes questions shed light on things and helps investigators know where not to look for Suzanne as well. SA Harris states there are things about his truck we are wondering and asks Barry when he left for Broomfield, did he tum right or left on to Hwy 50?

Barry said, "Yeah, there was a herd of elk in the road and there was one bull and he was a nice bull. And they all went up the gulley there, where that old washed-out road is and they went up there. And I'm like, 'Oh, I want to see how big this bull is.' And I turned down there, and and, they crossed right in front of me and then I went down to the Garfield turn around and then went to Broomsfield."

Pages 73 and 74.

The previous paragraph involves a discussion about the missing mileage, so I think that's most likely why this came up, and perhaps not a bluff due to telematics perhaps existing.

Ah thanks for the reminder!

I think it's quite significant that he admits stopping as well.

I do hope we get a trial because I really think the lack of telematics data for that stop might be quite damaging for the defence.

No K9 mention at bucket, cab only.
Brief excerpt in order to tie-in a correspondingly brief question:

Q:
Once an alert is displayed, [here, the cab], would/could a K9 be expected to discern and alert once more for a less-pronounced scent in very close proximity, [here, the bucket] ?

G: { guess} No. [ Ergo, the bucket may not be pristine ? ]

Anyone?
Anyone?

TY, very much, IA

I know that you were not the original poster of the timing of the truck backing up, but just want to make sure we are working from the same data. I believe that the truck was backed up at 9:26 PM. Can anyone say where the 11:25 PM time came from?

Yes, next activity is car door stuff. He started opening and closing doors again at 3:25 AM on May 10. Local time is in the left column with the date. I never noticed this before but the driver door was open from 9:26 PM to 3:25 AM the next morning, when he closed it. Wouldn't the battery be getting low on the vehicle from leaving the doors open for hours on end?

Thanks to @sk716 for pulling this data from Other defense exhibits admitted for the preliminary hearing

I am confused about the time recordings as listed in the third column of this data sheet. Does anyone know what the reference is?

Those are the UTC times, which is a universal timeframe for the planet. You need to subtract 6 hours to get the local time in Colorado for that time period.

So, for the 1st row, its says 'Gear Shift to Reverse at 2020-05-10 03:25:38'. When you subtract the 6 hours to get it into local time (mountain daylight saving time), it is really 2020-05-09 21:25:38 (9:35:38 PM). It can get confusing so I just look at the local time.

Thanks so much! So, the first row is military time and the third is UTC? I had forgotten the use of UTC in the data.
