Short Rifle. Used in Causing Death?
@Puzzles8 Good question. Perhaps I'm not following your post correctly, but w the two charges, I see it differently. just my2ct.
Count 1*re Murder * is silent as to the CoD, so could be open to any one or more of many causes, e.g., lethal poisoning or drug dosage, shooting, stabbing, bludgeoning w. blunt instrument, drowning, etc. Nothing in Murder count alleges injury or death caused by use of "short rifle" or any other specified means.
Count 4** re weapon alleges only
possession of a dangerous weapon, not using it.
