Barry has to have the money some place. He should have well over $1M. I actually think that the college grad daughter can start out like many of us did. She can get a job and build from there.

It is the younger daughter that needs the most help. She should have the opportunity to go to college. There are enough relatives that I think will support and help her, even without Barry's help.

I also see fraud with the PPP loan. It is my understanding that the PPP loan must be repaid if any of his "employees" are laid off. That "loan" is to keep the employees employed and help the company during Covid. I'd love to know who he claimed were his full-time employees. Hopefully, more charges are coming. It goes to his character (or lack, thereof).

JMO.

If the DD is under 18 she should get Suzanne’s survivor benefits.
Hopefully Barry( guardian?) did not have access to that (which was the DD’s money) for a year!

MOO

News in an arrest when the DA starts naming weapons and list charges regarding deceased victim are always very disturbing and make it more “real.” We have known/suspected for months she’s deceased, but to see the words is devastating. The charges regarding the body could just mean he moved it from where he killed her. I’m going to call it a night, try not to think about the gruesome details until the AA comes out in maybe 10 days. It won’t help me to speculate about all the horrible things he ‘could’ have done. I’ll wait for the AA. Have a good night everyone. Thank you for being here to discuss all of this. It would be hard to digest alone. Hugs! (( ))

Thank you so much for posting these updates. I am still trying to pick my chin up off the floor about the eight, 8!! public servants BM is accused of trying to influence, not least of which are an FBI agent and Chief Investigator for the 11th Judicial District Attorney’s Office?!
This has to be true, you can’t make this stuff up and IMO, there is no way that 8 different people are lying/trying to frame BM. GMADB.
Even though this is probably the least of his worries, my god.
I mean, the entitlement, arrogance, gall, audacity, and ignorance (there are many more negative adjectives that apply, but I’ll stop there), of this “man” is absolutely astounding.

IMHOO

You’re very welcome. Chris King did a video on the charges @ProfilingEvil video. It’s not long and the most important info is the first half.

Brief takeaways from the compaint:

1. I don't think the weapons charge necessarily means that it was used in the murder. In the Gannon Stauch case there were additional Crime of Violence charges brought because a firearm was used in the killing. We don't have those here, it's just possession of an illegal weapon. But DAs can charge things differently so you never know.

2. The tampering with a body charge can be brought just for moving it or concealing it, so it does not have to be any of the more gruesome options listed. If they know where the murder took place and they know her body isn't there anymore, this is a charge that makes sense. I don't think it means that they've found her unfortunately.

3. They specify that the influencing a public servant charge was brought for deceit. So it's not bribery or threats, just attempting to mislead a public servant.

4. Looks like he isn't broke. I imagine those lawyers will cost a lot. He's an idiot for not having retained a real criminal defense lawyer earlier if he had the money, but I guess we already knew he was an idiot from the voter fraud charge.

You really just have to ask yourself what one does with copious amounts of bleach? I mean really, what has experience taught us about criminals (murderers) and bleach? There's your answer.
MOO.
Exactly! And why did he need bleach at the hotel room with all of his tools???
I hope that's not correct, but like you said, "what has experience taught us...."
:/

#3 Any thoughts on why this specific charge is not listed on more murder cases? I’m thinking most people lie to authorities when being investigated for murder. I’m confused by this one. IMO

I would like to know if investigators think the gun was used in the crime or if he was just charged with possessing it.

I am way behind on the thread but wanted to say thank you for sharing this. I'm beginning to fear even more now, my feelings that he dismembered her. So, so sad. :(
Its frightening to think some individuals are capable of horrific crimes. It was downright dangerous for the girls, they lived with this monster till he was arrested.
