I had to read this outloud to the man. We are both ROFLOAO. A much needed levity break.
It’s really difficult to form a logical and coherent reason for Barry’s behavior and movements. I’m interested too see how the defense explains all of it in a way that makes any kind of sense.

Enough for a trial - especially the tranquilizer stuff.
There is absolutely no reason for a tranquilizer dart cap to be in the dryer. There’s no reason for him to have “tranquilizer materials.”

There is no legal reason for him to have a tranquilizer at all (it’s controlled).

They have to have connected him to the purchase of that dart, or the cap was enough to lead to his admission, because he admitted to throwing the materials away during one of his several dumps.

I expect more here in two weeks.

No saints, lots of sinners. It took way too long in the two days to get past Suzanne finding love in all the wrong places. I would have been happier if we got the shocker out of the way and moved into the events and what transpired on May 9 quicker. This wasn’t a perfect couple, and maybe it’s good that we get a break before the next two days of the prelim. Adjust our expectations and knock the crown off of Suzanne’s head. This is about murder, nothing else.

I thought this was a bombshell. I wonder who the call was to?

ALSO Suzanne's phone made an outgoing call at 2:53 am of MAY 10. That was a half an hour before the door event occurred on #BarryMorphew truck.

Do we know who the phone called???
Is this time/day right?
did he accidentally b*tt dial with her phone?

And who the heck hunts CHIPMUNKS? I know, they get in your engine and wreak havoc with your spark plug wires and set up camp in your air filter....guess no one told Barry about dryer sheets for repellant. Shooting chipmunks. No wonder he's charged with murdering his wife. Also, I wonder what TIME he was clocked running around the house "shooting chipmunks," since they're diurnal and would've been nesting at night.

And she was turning 50 so I think she decided she wasn’t going to be married to him at that age - I think that milestone was the reason for the 50 list ….
And I love she saved it to the cloud

Your post made me think of something- didn't the defense say today that they (the family) shared an i-cloud account? Which means they would all be able to view what was there?

So, point being that I'm curious about, would it be safe/practical that SM save something like this to the cloud where the other 3 could possibly view it too?

I agree.
The correct response is, "I am on my way to get you out of there now."
Who ARE these people???
Sister does not know how to respond to her sibling in danger. what the what?
Lover who hides when SM goes "missing." Really?
Husband who is piece of cr@p.
Crap MIL and cr@p SIL. Get those girls away from these people.
Thank goodness for Andy and SO.

I am so with you!! Suzanne was let down by so many in her world that she loved. If that had been my sister I would have been on my way to help her, either the next flight or driving!
To think that the "lover" didn't have the gonads to contact LE with what he knew until they discovered him tells us all we need to know, he's another .

Maybe I missed it, but I don’t believe we’ve got a time stamp yet for exactly when that $70,000 purportedly went missing. If he came home to find the money missing that could have sparked quite a reaction.

I was also assuming that was all the cash in there but maybe not. Maybe it was being siphoned off slowly and he finally noticed. I’m eager to learn more about SM’s online accounts. They said these two days were the “meat and potatoes” so anything brought up by the prosecution is extremely relevant.

To be clear, I think he had a plan to kill SM. I think that plan included the tranq dart business and LE knows where, when, and how he got them. I think he can’t account for all of it, hence his copping to having “thrown it away”. I think a lot of it ended up in SM’s blood stream. And, of course, I think he’s going down for his crimes.

But I also think something happened that made it all go down on the day it did. Maybe missing money, maybe sexting, maybe revealed texts with SO, maybe something else entirely that was mentioned in these past two days. But something...

MOO.

I don't think I believe that $70,000 was in that safe and went missing.

They were living beyond their means.

I suspect this was a defense strategy - after all they’ve had the AA for quite some time - it really felt like they wanted the focus to be on “bad girl” Suzanne and not their client who killed his wife ?

I have added several articles from today but more will be added tomorrow.

Now that MSM is showing pics of <modsnip> Libler, I can tell that they are also in the Case Archive.

Here is the main Case Archive. Everything here is before the BM as arrested.

I’m sure this has already been addressed. Can’t remember which YT channel this was from but when the host said the #5 was significant to the case. I think he held up five fingers and said it’s an important number to remember. Is that referring to the trash runs?

Still wondering if Suzanne left on her own.
Let’s just say she is some sort of master spy who was able to miraculously pull that off (ignoring the other issues).

Why was Barry’s phone not trackable right when he arrived home, and why did his truck reset its data at around the same time?

Why did her phone go dark at the precise moment Barry needed it to (before he left the house).

Why did Barry lie about when he woke up that morning (his phone puts him near the bike, and his car puts him outside at the same time)?

Why did Barry leave so early in the morning, only to go to Broomfield and do 11 minutes of work, and dump trash in 5 locations?

Why did Barry lie to investigators about doing work, while he was really in his hotel room for hours?

Why did Barry threaten suicide, then delete the text?

Why did Barry have an illegal tranquilizer dart?

Why was Barry moving all around the house that day, and 9 months later, come up with the hilarious “chipmunk excuse.”

Why was there no sign of life from Suzanne after he did arrive home that afternoon?

We have 2 more days left, so there’s going to be a lot more reasons why Suzanne didn’t take off.

Hmm I too have Verizon family perhaps I should log in to the actual website and not just the app to see what’s stored there ?

How in the world would she be able to pull that off? The FBI would have tracked her ( and anyone who helped her ) by digital footprints long ago. Not to mention that SM would never run off and let her children and dying Father think she was dead. No matter how bad she wanted out of her marriage, what kind of life would that be for her? Nope.

IMHO

Back in Indiana he had a deer farm right? Not sure how deer farms operate, but I'll bet occasionally one of them needed care. What better way to be able to treat a wild animal than to tranquilize them first. My point, I'll bet this was familiar to him.

If he did end up shooting Suzanne with a dart, I'll be 100% in the premeditated camp. IMO, that would take thought and planning in advance.
