So sorry! I thought you'd heard something I hadn't. As usual, I'm many pages behind! Not seriously, I was joking. Should have been cleared. Sorry.

Welcome to Websleuths! It's a friendly place for discussions. My own experience here is that posters respond in kind. Politeness begets politeness regardless of your viewpoint.
I agree that TN was probably told about the wheels being bent.
I now think that someone possibly ran over the wheel(s) of the bike before throwing it down the hill. JMO.
I think Tim's rules are pretty simple. The request must come from the missing person's immediate family -- in this case BM and/or the daughters. He'll take that to the local LE and if they are OK, then Tim is OK.
I don't think Tim will get involved here without BM making the request. The exposure is too great when his services can be viewed as creating a wedge between families.
We already know that BM believes LE botched the investigation.
Add a well meaning search group answering to the call of his inlaws, BM would likely be all over this -- adding that their presence was interfering with the investigation, and questioning any possible evidence collected as planted against him, because that's what CCSO has been doing -- using BM as the fall guy.
And not to say that Tim would not be sympathetic to the Moorman's.
He's got to protect his service, organization, and his volunteers.
JMO
As long as there is no logical reason to think that it is in danger of being discovered, I don't think he cares. MOO.I have a sneaking suspicion that BM “checks” the crime scene often. I think it happened in the house but she is all over. Graphic to pen that, it makes my stomach do a flip.
They send you a few different ways to have the money deposited into your account. It basically a direct deposit. I'm 99.9% sure it's long gone. mooAccessing G-f---M- $$$. How Often?
@PaulaDC sbm bbm Per website info (excerpted below), looks like $ transfers are made per beneficiary' request. Of course. other fundraisers may operate differently.
But agreeing w you: $$$ may have been spent quickly & may no longer be available to SM fam member searchers. jmo Sad.

"How a beneficiary account works
"When an organizer adds a beneficiary, an email invitation is sent asking them to claim the beneficiary account. Once the beneficiary has accepted that invitation, a separate but linked xxxxxxxx account is created for them. The beneficiary can then access the funds and request a withdrawal ....
"Here's how to receive funds from a fundraiser created for you: ....
As the beneficiary, you’ll have sole access.... You'll need to withdraw the funds within 90 days of the first donation, otherwise all donations will be refunded." bbm
I think the nephew removed himself from the entire situation (spokesmen, account, FB page), the minute he thought BM could be responsible for her disappearance. He’s probably scared of BM. MOOHe should have shut the ***** down at that time.
I also think this may have been the catalyst that sent BM over the edge. If SM was confiding in her friend and BM found out, it would have made him feel he was losing control. She may have been trying to convince SM to move back to IN. He may have built up a resentment against the friend; almost a jealousy. That hours long text conversation might have been the straw that broke the camel’s back. MOOExcerpt:
Moorman said there is no history of animosity between Barry and Suzanne in their marriage, but that current circumstances have brought new issues to light.
“I think there’s a friend that she texted a lot and talked to, that she confided in, and maybe things weren’t hunky dory,” he said.
While there might be a frontal lobe injury or any number of things going on, I think he's just lying through his teeth trying to hide the truth.Thank you for your contributions. I was wondering what your thoughts are in regards to BM's recorder interview by TD. He seems to have trouble expressing himself. Perhaps he is having trouble keeping his story straight? Perhaps something organic going on? This is a link to TD interview. TIA.
Do me a favor and stop giving his defense attorney something to go on?IMO the most compelling reasons for not wanting to have voice recorded would be to do with:
the information being held in perpetuity;
ready availability for repeated analyses addressing different questions, using a variety of analytic techniques;
rendering the contained information static/permanent - there would need to be very good reasons for subsequently changing the content (e.g. temporary amnesia, caused by head injury).
Which may be a red herring. I don't trust him as far as.....I believe it was AM who said that he thought that LE is interested in the area where BM laid down during the search. Moo
You may very well have something there, @Megnut.After BM was done carrying on, did his searchmate press forward? Or did the search turn back, the direction from which it came?
Killdeer are known to fake a broken wing to redirect attention. TS gave a Cousin It interview, to shift focus away from her moving truck (and hidden agenda, splitting town and relocating a precious child's body).
Sure, maybe the location was significant to his marriage and overcome with grief, he crumpled.... or are we looking at diversionary tactic?
JMO
Can I ask you to clarify who you don't trust. Thank you!Which may be a red herring. I don't trust him as far as.....
What if CBI wanted to confide in someone who would then, with permission, confide in another who they believed would keep their confidence. It happens. As in, the CCSO sharing info with the volunteer search team AM is trying to put together?
I agree that would be super helpful but Sheriff Spezze doesn't come across as the sharing type.
And while frustrating, I think that's actually a very good thing, for the integrity of the case.
jmo
IMO, something she knew or discovered was the catalyst. She is a victim of being married to BM.I don't believe that anything Suzanne did or did not do, was the catalyst for her disappearance
My view/thoughts
Edited to correct sloppy typing
Yup... (I can check that off the list)....Sounds a bit histrionic, like a show, when he hasn't shown much concern or emotion otherwise. jmo
Sorry and this is purely for my benefit. I type too quickly for my brain to keep up!Me too. It differs per state, I believe, or I was led to do so.
BM's lying down in the road is what I'm referring to. I don't trust that it was genuine, as far as how it was supposed to be perceived as a 'break down' of sorts. Can I ask you to clarify who you don't trust. Thank you!
