I vote ALL OF THE ABOVE!!!Cash-strapped, tone-deaf, or just plain evil?
I said from the beginning, I couldn’t imagine that home being anything other than an old hunting lodge. For a million dollars, I would make sure mine was beautiful and bright and feminine. Her home in Indiana was much prettier. And that’s where her family and friends were.BBM:
We don't know that there were many, if any, happy memories acquired in that house.
They've only lived in CO for a couple of years, and it sounds like SM was dx'd with a recurrence of her cancer soon after they moved there.
I agree with those who've expressed a dislike of the house itself.
Personally, I find both the decor and the drab color scheme extremely oppressive and inhospitable, with a completely masculine vibe.
I can't imagine SM being stuck there in that remote area with BM and feeling anything other than isolated.
That was never her dream home.

Yes. MOO.Cash-strapped, tone-deaf, or just plain evil?

Well for all his work, I am hoping his daughters get any money he has and he gets a small cell.He couldn’t wait to move on right away! Remember all the outside work he started right after she went missing? He already had a plan to sell the house. Makes me furious! Furious!
Looking through the pictures just makes me so, so sad. In pic # 23 you can see necklaces hung on the bathroom wall. They probably belong to one of the daughters. This is something I used to do when I was younger. MOOThere are now interior pictures of the house appearing on the listing. Or are these from the old 2015 listing?

This was discussed back in thread 43:
CO - Suzanne Morphew, 49, did not return from bike ride, Chaffee County, 10 May 2020 #43
Yeah, it was not settled that I can see. Thanks - I am heading back there to review. I kind of recall seeing that discussion and leaving it still puzzled as to if the guardianship transfer to CO was definitively a ‘done deal’.
bleach does thatThe house looks so sterile. Odd that family photos remain.
Staging 101 recommends otherwise.
I wonder if he moved out under cover of night.

Something drastic needs to happen soon...
Well they can't arrest a guy for putting the marital home up for sale no matter how heinous it appears. This is like when some wanted LE to stop the Indiana courts from granting guardianship, when it was a civil case in a court in another state.
poncha springs? thought it was in salida.
Anyone else feel just a very sad sadness?
