Probation for the menacing AND the weapons violation...
Anyone else surprised at the (IMO) very lenient sentence?
What state will he run to this time?Nations gets 3 years on supervised probation, with 2-year suspended prison sentence if he violates conditions.

I am. I suppose they're taking into consideration the 90+ days he's been in jail. It's a pattern with this guy, commit a crime, some involve bodily injury (KN), some threaten it (hatchet), felon with a weapon, exposing himself repeatedly, etc, etc. Serves a little time in a local jail and he's out. Rinse. Repeat.
I also don't understand what is meant by he gets a "2 year suspended prison sentence if he violates conditions". Shouldn't that be he'll go to prison if he violates conditions?
Yes IMO that should happen hopefully but I don't know. This guy is as slippery as an eel it seems. So, now will Indiana extradite DN on the IN charges? (after Clear Creek)

Hmmm. He should not be allowed near his wife and kids on any account. I think he could be a danger to them and himself and lose it again. He clearly needs some help and may get that in prison.Weeping, Nations asks for probation, saying he wants to reunite with his babies 2 kids, ages 4 and 8 months. Theyre in foster care.
Nations says he has PTSD and anxiety that cause irrational decisions.

If a person is on supervised probation in one state and they move to another state, how does that play out? Is the probation transferred? And the criminal is assigned a new supervising officer? Then does that officer report to the state the probation originated in?

It probably works as well as the RSO program. If a person is on supervised probation in one state and they move to another state, how does that play out? Is the probation transferred? She won't ever talk now.

I expected at least some prison or jail time because of the possession of the rifle by a felon.
This is not considering his warrants in IN, just basic rule on moving probation out of CO.If a person is on supervised probation in one state and they move to another state, how does that play out?
