I was wondering who the 3-4 people are sitting behind Walgren.
Are they all part of the Prosecution Team?

"For a crime to be proved you also have to show that CM actually killed Michel. The only thing he addressed was baggy pants. He has to show the specific act tht was the cause of the death. And you have to be unanimous on that."

Here is a timeline we can rely on.

dr murray found MJ not breathing, in distress at 12 noon.

"You think he is a sinner? You think all he cares about is his meal ticket?

We know at 11:51 he was talking to Shade' and she heard the commotion...

We know Dr Murray never found him not breathing...he could have been right next to him while he was on the phone. "

The nature of propofol is a 10 minute drug by injection. The only way to keep it going is by drip.

O/T I think the injection he says he gave was really the flumox stuff to reverse the benzos.

At 11:30 am, Walgren asked the judge if he should stop.
Judge said no. Walgren continued on same beat, at same pace!

I'm sure the jurors don't look as though they need a break!!

ETA: Walren has being going hard and strong, without pauses or mistakes for one hour & 45 minutes, now!
Hardly ever looking at his notes, following the timeline exactly, using medical terminology to a tee, remembering everybodys' names!!!

He's definitely a class act. He deserves a "Best Attorney" Award.

I second that!! I just hope, hope, hope that Walgren won't get tempted to go over to the other side.... the people of California need this man and so do those poor victims who need a voice so eloquent and a mind so sharp as his!! We need to watch to see how soon he gets some kind of promotion -- is there a position, or does already have it, of a Senior Deputy Prosecutor -- or The People's Choice Deputy Prosecutor??

In preparing all those power point presentations, I'll bet he was up all night -- no sleep last night for that man & probably not for Brazil, either. She has been doing a lot of work for & with him, I'm sure.

They refused to accept that Dr Murray did what he said they did. They want to convict dr Murray for what Michael did to himself.
