Am I missing something or ref: post by midewest mom on page 26 of this thread the Plaintiff was Tabitha BILLINGS. I just wonder if I am reading this correctly, if TG was TB or she lost her kids to foster care, could Bud and Melanie have had them as foster kids, temporarily. Is there some relation there? cousin or whatever. I don't know how to access these court records. Could this have caused LG to vendetta? IMO and just guessing but help me get to this Midwest Mom? Then you have caseworker who is fired around the same time for fraudulent documentation who subsequently has a maritime lien filed bu BB for 50 million dollars and the sovereignty issue w/BB/MB and the kids. This has GOT to have something to do w/the kids I feel it in my bones. And of course is my opinion only.

the children were placed in long term relative care. The Billings were not caring for foster children. The Billings adopted special needs children.
 
I understand that but the kids are placed temporarily as foster while awaiting adoption while the b/parents go thru legal process. Unless the case was overturned as in this one and sent back to b/parent. Also when reviewing the post on pg 26 the poster had the court file as Tabitha BILLINGs, could it have been misread or could she have been a distant relative. That would make BB/MB relatives. My goal here is to find out who "tabitha billings" is if there is such a person. Please review that first post on page 26 of this thread, maybe I am reading this wrong. Appreciate help.

T.F. n.k.a (now known as?) T.G. appealed a decision to remove her children from her custody. Her appeal was granted and the children were returned. As you will read, the reason the children were removed was due to the new husband, (most likely LPG Jr) and...what the court "knew" about him.

I would imagine that since she once lost her children due to him, she feared that she would lose them again and decided to get while the getting was good. Perhaps she had a role in this fiasco, but in any case, this may be the last weekend she can spend with her children.

As you can see her lawyer was the famous B.W.M, who I believe is also the lawyer for PWL, is that correct?

I have not seen anything that supports that BWM is/was PLW attorney. We are assuming the above documents from Child Services are the initials of Tabitha F NKA Tabitha G....especially with all the details, ie 4 children, questionable current husband...

BBM. This refers to the judge's knowledge, right? Judge Goodman is extremely well-respected, awesome and a true advocate for children; I've known her professionally for several years. She does family court, including divorces. Wonder if she was the judge for Jr's divorce?

BTW - we still don't know if this case really is for Tabatha, or do we? IIRC, the doc. was originally found by sleuthing the attorney that was (IIRC) mistakenly identified as being in the picture when Wiggins was arrested.

ETA: Judge Goodman was NOT the judge for the divorce - they got divorced in Escambia.

I'm not sure if you're making a connection with the Tabithas.

There's Tabitha Billings spelled with an "i."

Tabatha Gonzalez spelled with an "a." LPatrick Jr.'s wife.

Just making that the observation. Ignore me if it's not relevant.
 
I am begining to think that the Billings are not as innocent as they are being portrayed on this matter. Keep in mind that over many cases we are able to point back to the victim, and they are not as innocent as the claim to be. I am certainly NOT saying that they deserved to be shot, because noone does. However what I am saying is there are times that victims have tried to hide something they may have done, to cause themselves to be victimized.

Its Not his wife nor does the person in the vid have ANY connection to this case-thats been 100% established.
Its not been 100% LPG's wife TG was/is a dancer btw...........

and the fact that it was Ashey's brother. I would have thought that would have been mentioned by now. It would have had to be a paternal brother becuase we know who all of Melanies children were
