I doubt he insured 4JC; he did not own it, wasn’t paying the mortgage or taxes. The Farber family paid the taxes, and GF owned the property. She must have been paying the insurance, too.

I was questioning insurance on other properties…easily $6000 or so per property….he couldn’t even pay to fill up the propane tank at 4Jx which iirc was $8000
Per fill up. Why did he choose propane heat for such a huge house? Just quite odd imo.
