JS got his point across because the Judge lets him keep talking in front of the jury! So now the jury has heard what he wanted them to hear but from his mouth instead of from the witness. Why is this allowed all of the time by the Judge??

Why do I suddenly feel bad for JS? He took on the case for PR and was overly confident, but all the struggles, over-orating, objections and meh witnesses are NOT good for his reputation. What was he thinking? Oh yeah, PR and visibility. I still feel bad for him (I know, I know....)

Schoenhorn claimed via the ambush email of Atty Rose that FD could not speak with his atty in the presence of MT. Because she was present the call has to be delayed.

Looks like Schoenhorn is trying to distance MT from FD divorce details.

My guess has always been he either stole it or GAL Meehan gave him draft copy. The investigation document that Judge Heller produced was not public but Judge Hellers actions imo spoke for her views on matters.

Given that judge heller gave the hook to Atty Rose on the FD misstating his financial records and would have terminated GAL Meehan if JF had not died as JF filed to terminate him and after the investigation about the Herman report theft then Judge Heller would have terminated him had the case continued but JF was murdered.

This is foul imo.

FD filed for custody after this but Judge Heller immediately denied the motion.

Atty Rose is not a divorce specialist and idk why he chose to enter the case at all. Makes no sense.

Why would he say there was light at end of tunnel? Judge Heller called a mistrial shortly after the events atty rose is speaking about now.

None of what Atty Rose is saying here makes sense and it honestly is disconnected from the reality of the totality of the Family Court situation. Horn imo is cherry picking issues and parsing days of the record in Family court. Imo it’s highly misleading and wrong.

Fwiw Schoenhorn and Rose worked together to get a privledged doc with negative information regarding JF into the public record and this was described in the Stamford Article I posted in prior thread. This is imo a tag team ambush of friends to yet again do this slimy move yet again but in Court imo.

Gross. Atty manning tried and largely successes in her objections here.

My personal notes from this morning regarding the protective order for M.Rose there was to be zero testimony on legal advise or strategy and zero testimony on the sealed document. I feel kinda lied to.

Had been at the house many times.
Throughout the time from January on. Not after May 24th
Discussed divorce, things that would be of help to her
Kids skiied together
A number of conversations
Saw her at Greek Easter

Asking if MT made any expression of future plans

Witness says no.

In May, did she express anything about her future plans?

No.

Describes her demeanor as generally happy.

Would ask her how she's doing, how she's holding up --

Did you make any requests of her and the pace of the divorce? No.

Did you give her a prediction about the amount of time. Light at the end of the tunnel. A process. Takes times. She seemed optismitic.
