Yes but we are concerned about the touch DNA defense - he was at the house 2 days prior with his childrenFD's DNA along with JD's blood was found on a faucet in JD's home. That places FD at her home.

OOOH, I think you are on to something. And then he drove from the disposal site to Waveny Park, where he switched vehicles. She could be in some remote area of New Canaan (or near New Canaan) that nobody has thought to search. And put his ball cap on and driven her car right out of her garage and down her driveway to wherever he disposed of herJMO
Maybe that’s it. He used the altered plate on his Suburban and if is also black, is it? ... He could’ve used it to go to JD’s thinking it would look like hers and nobody would notice.Wait, so what Suburban do the police have? So many Suburbans!
Yep if it was used prior it would have a barcode if the label was intact - just how thorough was FD?HAHA, maybe there's a traceable barcode on the FedEx box!

I think Pattis can say anything he wants until some judge puts a gag order on him. He seems to be hurrying to spread as much garbage as he can until that happens. As long as FD is not charged with murder, NP is free to muddy the waters away with regards to FDs alibi on the day of the 24th. He has also changed his statements a few times with regard to said FD alibi. To wit: NP first said he was able to account for almost all of the time for FD, then he said meeting with attorney and phone call from Greece, then he said most recently that FD couldn’t have driven to NC and back and killed JD and disposed of her body in 4 and 1/2 hours. He’s just doing what he does and I won’t pay anything he says about the critical hours of May 24th into mind until LE and the prosecution present a timeline. Which they will do when he is charged with murder. NP has given up on the Hartford trashbin odyssey of stupidity dump because that’s been proven with CCTV and cell phone data and he’s given up on trying to provide an alibi for that.

They knew to go to Albany st based on the cctv and recovered the bags that had not been picked up for collection yet - see para 11 of the warrant - I’m guessing they retrieved the uncollected bags that week tested the contents and found JDs blood and subsequently made the arrest/ exact dates are not listed in the warrant that I can find regarding the collection but I do think it was around 5/31 ?
Hey Bunky. You liked it but didn't answer it.@MassGuy .
Help me out here. When did they get the phones?
Was it not until around 2 on Saturday?
Didn't they go to Albany ave. at that time or a few hours after?
Am I losing it?
Walk me through it.
TIA.
I hadn't thought about that! How fun!Yep if it was used prior it would have a barcode if the label was intact - just how thorough was FD?

The visit would have been supervised and perhaps the witness was the person supervising. This is where things will get sketchy, IMO. Supposedly witness says FD did not go into house and even stated "I don't want my DNA in there" (paraphrasing).
So when DNA comes back in/on faucet......how does his defense explain? Did he wash his hands/touch the faucet or not?
He can't have it both ways.
I really meant if he did re-use a fedex box and left the label on well that would not be thorough - if he did remove the shipping label well then I would say he was thorough and if it was a new box then it’s a moot point IMOIf by thorough, you mean handing LE and the Prosecution a nearly slam dunk case for tampering with evidence and hindering the prosecution in the first degree, then yes he was extremely thorough and downright helpful.
That’s what I thinkThe visit would have been supervised and perhaps the witness was the person supervising.

You must not have to pay annual road taxes as many of us do.We don't change plates every year or have stickers. I have had my plates for at least 15 years.
ITA. Doesn’t it speak volumes that NP keeps changing his story? I hope the state’s attorney is noting every change and will mention it in court as the “truth” doesn’t keep changing. Just like if a defendant’s story kept changing during questioning by LE would be suspicious.

I guess you are right, it just might. I think it is the supervising persons responsibility to remain in contact with the person and within earshot of conversations etc. If FD was not allowed in the house, it would be responsibility to see that he doesn't.Right, so a key piece of evidence may come down to the supervising agent? Did this person follow FD around all night? I'm playing devil's advocate because I foresee this being a sticking point. FD can't say he's not going in the house and then have DNA show up. He can't play it both ways.
