The evening presentation has fantastic pictures of the neighborhood, storm drains, trash cans, businesses and intersections.

19,000 vehicles per day drive this stretch! Very high accident rate (as poor @thekirbyfamily has personally experienced). 18 intersections with 8 traffic lights and 1 intersection every 330 ft. So, its stop and go if there are stops between the 8 lights IMO.

Maybe FD used JD's vehicle to transport her in?? Murdered her in her garage, then loaded her body in the back of her Suburban and then got rid of the body and then left her vehicle at Waveny Park and had someone pick him up or he walked somewhere, etc. JMO

That’s how I always thought this happened.

We know that he removed her car from the crime scene, and we know that he moved her body as well.

It makes the most sense that he did it at the same time.

Wow. Such posturing for purposes of manipulating the public. "He pled guilty because he's not guilty." That kind of nonsense is useless in getting a motion granted and he knows it. He also knows the media will reprint his motion.

Ugh. He sounds so petulant and whiny. It's hard for me to understand how some people are swayed by such tactics but apparently they are.

IF the reporting is correct then either there were 2 people dumping at different times or FO came back and instead of driving the Raptor was driving his Black SUV. But Hartford CCTV must have caught all this on camera! No wonder things seem a bit tense in Pattisville! MOO

During the last hearing, Colangelo agreed to return his Suburban and the Jeep so I’m thinking it wasn’t his. They retained his Raptor. MOO

Arrest warrant says that items were placed into VARIOUS trash receptacles and that the Truck was observed to stop 30 times. Was this for stop signs or lights? We don't know. But we do have the word VARIOUS to describe the can drops IMO. Is this more than 2 stops, more than 5 stops or more than 10 stops to deposit items in the trash cans? View attachment 200575

How stupid is ponytail’s assertion that just because FD’s computer and devices were sending signals from 4 JC mean FD was the one using them. Seriously! His defense is so weak it’s ridiculous.

How about ponytail staying on record that FD didn’t find out about his wife’s disappearance until well after the alleged Albany outing. Come on! Like his kids didn’t call or text him asking him if he knew where she was...please!

Also, how does ponytail know what MT said during her visit(s) to Bowman’s office? His claim appears as if he knows what she said will help FD. Almost as if MT told FD what she said... hmmm. The point being they somehow communicated for him to suggest that this will help FD. Even if it wasn’t truthful (what she said during the meeting or what was conveyed to FD) it is concerning. Going back to re-read.

Re-read and yes, NP is clearly suggesting he knows what she said. FD and MT are not supposed to be communicating and Bowman hasn’t returned his calls, so please tell us, NP, how you know this tidbit.

Wait. NP said in his last 'exclusive' interview that FO was devastated about not being able to contact MT and that they hadn't been in contact. Personally I don't buy this as they are living less than 2 miles from each other in Farmington/Avon. Communication online wouldn't be a problem. Hope LE is all over the digital footprint of these 2 accused individuals!

Yes this is true but part of the deal was that FO/Pattis agree that pictures of the returned vehicles could be used as evidence in the criminal proceedings. There is a term for this that I simply cannot recall (stipulating to secondary evidence maybe IDK) that was used in court. So, I don't think the FO Black Suburban is safely out of the mix here at all. MOO

I just don’t think we have enough to draw a conclusion, one way or the other.

As it stands, I think it’s entirely possible that he had no help with the murder and disposal, but that would require a great deal of risk, and quite a bit of luck.

It comes down to the logistics of this whole thing, and if it was possible in the first place for him to have done this part alone.

Two people would make it a hell of a lot easier, but would also add risk down the road.

That’s another person who can provide evidence against him, and ultimately a weak link.

I hope he did have help.

If he was, was he wearing them when he was captured on the neighbor’s surveillance camera getting the mail? If yes, where are those gloves? Hat?

I hope the surveillance of FD propping the rug/mat up against the wall is clear. If they can identify the rug as being from her Suburban (is one missing?) or from her house (is one missing?, surely the cleaning lady would know.) Would be awesome to link rug with FD and JD’s Suburban or even better, her home. Now that’s another anomaly, right ponytail?

Black SUV? When FD and MT were on their odyssey of stupidity, weren’t they driving his black pickup truck? Is the black SUV the Chevy Suburban that LE confiscated? I guess this means FD was on Albany Ave twice?

IIRC correctly, it was One Month. Divorce was Final in July of 2004 and Marriage to JD was in August of 2004.

I remember that as well, just trying to be 'generous' with the timeframe by saying 'several months' between FD's divorce from his first wife to his marriage to JD because some posters questioned that short timeframe of 1 month way back on the thread being potentially based on a typo on the months and dates of the divorce and marriage from Brown alumni / friends of theirs comments, IIRC. When last discussed here, I think there was a possibility that there was more like a 4 - 6 month gap because they were maybe actually married in February of 2005? Not sure if this was confirmed. MOO

Just wish Judges were like 2nd grade teachers that would send the paper back home if its not done properly.

Ugh. I honestly sadly think the gag would be useless for No Case Norm as he would simply file endless motions like this one to feed the press frenzy.

Would have to be total gag and case seal to stop this nonsense from No Case Norm. This would make it hard to follow the case but perhaps might serve justice as this circus has simply become too much IMO.
