Fotis Dulos’ attorney, Norm Pattis, sent me this statement regarding his client’s arrest. Pattis is attempting to downplay the new details that came out in the arrest warrant, but I think it’s pretty clear police are building their case towards a murder charge.

Pattis said “it sounds like the state is trying to convince itself that Fotis is responsible for Jennifer’s disappearance.”
When and if the state decides it can prove its case, we will welcome the chance to meet the case in open court,” he said. “The new warrant speaks of a lying lover and handyman with something to hide. When do we get the chance to question these folks?”

Here’s the latest Courant story detailing the documents.

An explosive state police document released late Wednesday night paints the clearest picture to date of what investigators believe happened the day New Canaan mother Jennifer Farber Dulos disappeared and the whereabouts that day of her estranged husband, Fotis Dulos.

For the first time, state police offer a detailed theory explaining when they think Fotis Dulos traveled from Farmington to attack and murder Jennifer Farber Dulos at her New Canaan home on May 24.

A 43-page arrest warrant affidavit released at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday details how state police use a variety of video surveillance systems from highway gas stations to schools buses on their morning routes to chart a path showing a red pickup truck — believed to be driven by Dulos — traveling to and from New Canaan the morning Farber Dulos was last seen alive.

Investigators later found Dulos’ DNA in a a swatch of fabric taken from a seat in that pickup truck containing a “bloodlike substance,” according to the warrant affidavit.

I stepped away from this site in the last 2 weeks hoping that maybe I would be pleasantly surprised with some substantial news, at some point, and all I can type right now is "Na na na na, na na na na, Hey hey hey, Goodbye" Fotis you are going down and that pathetic news conference with you and NP today was comical. I had faith that LE had so much more on you, FD, and that your ignorant girlfriend would turn on you. Justice for Jennifer and for some closure for her children and family. WOW, Finally something to make me feel like this monster won't get away with murder. Let's hope Jennifer is found and that she and her family can say goodbye.

She was up to her eyeballs in this damn thing. I have no doubt she knew what was going to happen, and knew what happened once he did it.

Interestingly, she does this thing when she lies, speaking in the present tense when recounting a story.

Here’s a made up example:

Instead of “he called me and I drove to so and so,” she’ll say “he calls me and I drive to...”

Statement Analysis says that changing tenses is a huge flag that someone is lying.

Stories told from real memory are spoken in the past tense.

Today was a rollercoaster.

We had an arrest, and many of us thought it would be for murder.

Then we were (slightly) disappointed by the fact that it was for tampering.

Then we got excited that he might not get bail.

Then he posted bail.

Then we saw these documents, which changed everything.

Progress.

Looked pretty confident to me.
He must have healthy hair, too. Grows quite fast.
And his skin and coloring are good.
Makes me question my assessment that he is feeling like a lion in a cage.

Honestly I don't think he looks good but my opinion is probably colored by my feelings about him & what he did. That being said, what was striking to me about today was what he DIDN'T say. If I had been wrongly accused of killing someone, I'd be proclaiming my innocence morning, noon & night to anyone & everyone at every opportunity. Didn't hear a peep from him today about that. Didn't hear a peep from him about Jennifer. The fact that once again he can't bring himself to say one freaking concerned thing about her says it all. And I don't think his high priced attorney is giving him good advice either because the first thing he should be telling him is THAT --- keep saying you're an innocent man, speak kindly about Jennifer and express hope that she'll be found soon.
The next time LE knocks on his door, I hope it's to arrest F not a psychopath D for murder. MOO.

LE can intercept any conversations authorized by court order. It is also legally permitted to record all non-privileged calls FD made from jail. Of course, if MT is cooperating, she could also record conversations between she and FD post-arrest if made at the direction of LE, as could the former EE.

Only MOO but so often such are the errors of those arrogant criminals who think they know everything and are smarter than everyone else so they can devise the perfect crime or whatever. Exactly! The symbolism and irony here are wonderful! FD looked down on things that are parts of the lives of people he seems to have seen as “less-than” him—like trash pickup, buses, and trash-picking—and karma has come calling through garbage trucks and buses. I love it! MOO!

Arrest warrant for Fotis Dulos says his girlfriend, Michelle Troconis, told investigators she could not account for Dulos' whereabouts on the day Jennifer went missing (5/24/19) from 8AM until between 1 and 2PM.

Hurray! No alibi from her! Another Dulos lie! Didn't his lawyer refer to her alibi as being "airtight" or words to that effect? Liar, liar, pants on fire!

State police picked him up at his house. in Farmington at 2:32 p.m. and have taken him to Troop G in Bridgeport to be processed. Sources said it is another tampering with evidence charge

Wow wow wow!

So much stuff! We were right about so many things it’s incredible. Poor JD! My heart aches for her. The AW refers to FoDu lying in wait at her house. Crime occurred between 8:05 and 10:25am. MT is heavily involved in that she definitely KNEW what happened! And likely was in on the planning. FoDU kept her away from the actual murder so she could alibi him. MT admitted to police she couldn’t account for FoDu from at least 8 am until between 1-2 pm on 5/24. We now know he had handwritten a timeline to account for his movements between 6:40 am until 5:10 pm. Her body was likely moved in her Chevy Suburban I think. Tons of screen shots of the ex-Fore Group employee PG who’s wife’s Toyota Tacoma is seen everywhere in NC on morning of JDs disappearance (murder) it is clear from reading the AW that FD tried to frame him and that the ex-Fore Group employee is not involved in JDs disappearance whatsoever.

Soooo much stuff you guys! I will have to read and reread a bunch! Both MT and Fodu’s gooses are cooked! Especially FD! He definitely killed JD MOO! He did it and likely committed the murder all on his own. I can’t believe according to the Arrest Warrant FD hugged JD on 5/12 Mothers Day knowing he would be killing her.

I’ve missed y’all so much. Have my aunt staying with me who is rapidly declining with dementia until Monday so I have no life at home until then. I look forward to posting soon and digesting all of this stuff! Amazing details! Simply amazing! He is never getting out of jail. Which is good because I literally hate him!
