I really want to read this but I am such a brat.
Can you give us the cliff notes?
Any confirmed resolution?
No resolution by Judge yet on the gag order.

Both atty's have put forward their arguments on the issue of the gag order and the Judge will either rule or have a hearing.

Colangelo IMO did a good job pointing to the Judge where Pattis has been coloring outside the lines with his public commentary and run afoul of the rules: JD heroin addict, JD revenge suicide, MT lie detector test passed along with some others.

Lots more there from Colangelo and worth a read if you have the time IMO as he patiently explains the weakness of the Pattis arguments.

IMO, readers digest version of the warrant which should be read in its entirety. Important facts relevant to the identity of the murderer are as follows, IMO:
[Items 1-15 of 31 items in total, all edited]:
3. That NCPD officers responded to the 69 Welles Lane residence where they were allowed access to the home by a friend of Jennifer, identified as LA. Officers cleared the house without locating Jennifer. During their check of the residence, NCPD officers located several stains on the garage floor and on a vehicle parked in the garage, which had the appearance of bloodstains.
5.
-Detectives determined a 2017 Chevrolet Suburban registered to Jennifer Dulos was missing from the residential garage. This vehicle was located by NCPD on 05/24/19 at approximately 7:00 PM on Lapham Road adjacent to the southwest portion of Waveny Park in New Canaan. Jennifer was not found inside the vehicle or in the surrounding area. A forensic examination yielded possible blood evidence on the interior and exterior of the vehicle.
- Crime scene processing by members of the WDMCS Van located multiple areas within the garage which tested positive for human blood as well as evidence of attempts to clean the scene.
6. 2014 Ford SVT Raptor pickup truck.
7. That on 05/25/19 [...] [a]t 2:47 PM, Dulos and his attorney arrived at NCPD headquarters and briefly met with Investigators in the public lobby of the facility. [...] Dulos handed the cellular device - an Apple iPhone X - to Detective CA, who then asked Dulos for the unlock code to his device. Dulos provided the code which allowed Det. A. to unlock the phone.
8. That as the investigation proceeded, detectives identified several factors which link Dulos to this crime, including the following:
- Dulos' cellphone [...] had been used on the evening of Jennifer's disappearance (05/24/19) from approximately 7:10 PM to 7:40 PM in the area of Albany Avenue in Hartford.
- Hartford Police captured footage of Dulos driving a large black pickup truck along Albany Avenue and stopping at multiple locations to dump garbage bags in several trash cans [...] with Troconis. DMV listed a 2014 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor [CT plate 910YFC] registered to the Fore Group.
- Det. secured altered license plates from the same storm drain into which the male was seen placing an item. DMV link the plates to Dulos. Additional evidence secured from receptacles into which the male had been seen placing garbage bags.
10. That on 06/02/19 investigators conducted a custodial interview with Troconis at NCPD headquarters in the presence of her attorney, Andrew Bowman. [...] Troconis [...] was unable to account for the whereabouts of Dulos on 05/24/19 starting at approx. 8:00 AM until between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM. [...]
11. That on 06/03/19 WDMCS Crime Van were at 4 Jefferson Crossing when they located handwritten notes in the Fore Group business office which outlined specific times and activities on 05/24/19 and 05/25/19. Detectives refer to these as "Alibi Scripts".
12. That through their investigation, detectives have identified the vehicle used in the commission of the crime as a 2001 Toyota Tacoma (CT Combination Plate: 6617CN) registered to BG, wife of PG.
13. That on 05/31/19 detectives were at 4 Jefferson Crossing when they encountered PG who was driving a white 2014 Jeep Cherokee. The rear cargo area of the Jeep contained two vehicle seats which PG had just removed from a Porsche Cayenne registered to the victim which was parked at a property owned by Dulos. PG had removed the Porsche seats at the direction of Dulos. PG said that he planned to remove the seats from the Toyota Tacoma and replace them with the Porsche seats.
14. That on 06/02/19 detectives conducted a second interview with PG. PG typically leaves his Toyota parked at 4 Jefferson Crossing and also would leave his vehicle keys at 4 Jefferson Crossing.
15. [...] video clips showing a red Toyota Tacoma pickup truck traveling on 05/24/19 at various points between the Farmington area and Lapham Road in New Canaan. PG's Toyota Tacoma had specific vehicle characteristics. PG, himself, identified the vehicle as his own based on some of these factors.
Surveillance video on 05/24/19 included the following:
6:36 AM - Rt. 15 S/B, Fairfield: Screenshot shows a red Toyota Tacoma traveling southbound on the Merritt passing the Fairfield Rest Area at 6:36 AM.
7:03 AM - Rt. 15 S/B, New Canaan: Screenshot shows a red Toyota Tacoma traveling southbound on the Merritt passing the New Canaan Rest Area at 7:03 AM.
7:05 AM - Lapham Road, New Canaan: Screenshot shows an empty turnout. Toyota believed to have arrived on Lapham Road and was parked in this turnout minutes after this bus video was recorded.
7:40 AM - Lapham Road, New Canaan: Screenshot taken from a school bus traveling southbound on Lapham Road shows the same turnout with the Toyota. This turnoff is approx. 100 feet of where Jennifer's 2017 Chevrolet Suburban would later be found abandoned.
7:57 AM - Lapham Road, New Canaan: Toyota still parked on Lapham Road.
8:05 AM - Victim Arrives Home: Jennifer's 2017 Chevrolet Suburban is shown on residential security camera driving eastbound along Welles Lane towards 69 Welles Lane having dropped off her children at school. This photo is the last known photo of Jennifer alive. At the time this footage was recorded, Dulos is believed to have been lying in wait at 69 Welles Lane for his wife to return home. The crime and clean-up are believed to have occurred between 8:05 AM And 10:25 AM.
10:25 AM - Suspect Leaves the Scene: Residential surveillance on Welles Lane shows Jennifer's 2017 Chevrolet Suburban traveling westbound away from 69 Welles Lane. Dulos is believed to be operating the victim's vehicle which is carrying the body of Jennifer Dulos and a number of other items from the clean-up in the garage. Cell data obtained from Jennifer's cellphone is consistent with the phone moving from Welles Lane to Lapham Road during this timeframe.
11:12 AM - Rt. 15 N/B, New Canaan: Screenshot shows the Toyota Tacoma northbound on the Merritt passing the New Canaan Rest Area at 11:12 AM.
11:25 AM - Rt. 15 N/B, Fairfield: Toyota passing the Fairfield Rest Area at 11:25 AM.
11:40 AM - Rt. 8 N/B, Derby: Toyota passing 12 Main Street, Derby at 11:40 AM.
12:00 PM - I84 E/B, Waterbury: Toyota in Waterbury near Exit 25A at 12:00 PM.
12:22 PM - 80 Mountain Spring Road, Farmington: Footage from residential surveillance adjacent to the driveway of 80 MS at 12:22 PM. MOO.

I agree with everyone here that MT was much more involved than she wants LE to believe. How much more involved remains to be seen. She is still under FD's spell and still not acknowledging her moral culpability for her role in Jennifer's murder. Let's just stroll down memory lane for a minute, though. This is the woman who commenced an affair with a married man and essentially evicted that man's wife and 5 children from the family home. I know there was a planned move, but it doesn't change the fact that she moved in as soon as they fled. Every step of the way on the road to this murder she was plotting and planning with FD to "beat" Jennifer to "win." At minimum she knowingly acquiesced in his bad and perhaps criminal behavior.

If not before the murder, certainly shortly thereafter she KNEW FD murdered Jennifer. Why else did she run off with the EE's keys on the day of the murder? As noted in the AW, keeping the Tacoma over the weekend would have enabled FD to clean the car and even get rid of those pesky back seats. And we are supposed to believe that he arrived home after disappearing for 5 plus hours on the day Jennifer disappeared and said nothing about where he had been? She never asked a single question after she knew of Jennifer's assault? I'm not buying that fantasy and I know LE isn't either.

Mr. Bowman looks uncomfortable because he is uncomfortable. He enjoys a reputation as a straight-forward, ethical lawyer. He wants none of the C Team's brown rubbing off on his reputation. As an experienced defender, he also knows his client has not been candid with LE. He is doing everything he can to try and help her and she just isn't listening. Nothing is more frustrating to a lawyer than the situation MT has created for herself. Half in and half out doesn't cut it for LE and Bowman knows that.

Maybe this most recent arrest will let MT know that she could go to prison for the rest of her life if she fails to tell the truth. If she is listening to a word that comes out of NP's mouth, she isn't listening. If not for herself, then perhaps for her daughter, she will make the right decision and quit minimizing her conduct, and her knowledge. It is time for LE to have a "come to Jesus" meeting with MT and for her fuzzy memory to become clear.
She quickly slept in Jennifer's marriage bed.
She lied and said she and Fotis showered together on the morning of Jennifer's disappearance.
This tells me where she is centered.
MOO.

Nicely done thank you !
One thing I’ve pondered - where was MT at 6:00am on (5/24)? Did she help spot the vehicle and move the body? Since they released the surveillance video of JDs last known moments driving to her home surely they would have any other vehicles prior to the departure of JDs own vehicle ? This would seal it for me - if she was there that morning JMO

I respect your opinion on this situation but sadly reading through the arrest warrant commentary on the substance (or lack thereof) of the MT responses I am not at all confident that a change in her pattern of behavior will occur anytime soon.

Even as of 8/13 her statements were unclear and required much prompting and probing from LE to get anything from her. The statement she made about JD body being in the Red Truck seemed about as clear as mud IMO. Perhaps MT needs some kind of psychological exam to see if she is up to the entire process in which she finds herself as frankly she demonstrated an inability per the AW of completing a statement in a cohesive manner IMO.

The State's Atty and State Police and others I am sure worked diligently to prove out her statements only to find out she didn't tell the truth or only told half truths. Why bother if a person isn't willing to cooperate fully and be respectful of the process. Reading through the AW it appeared the most MT was able to do was look at a picture and confirm that it was FD or herself. Mmmm. Didn't sound too encouraging to me.

I would love to see a cooperative MT as an asset to the Prosecution Team and LE but despite what I am sure were the best efforts of Atty Bowman it doesn't appear that this has happened to any degree to warrant a reduction in charges via a State deal. I am also unsure that she would be able to withstand direct questioning from any atty's on the stand if she responded in any way similar to what we read in the AW.

Hugely disappointed to see nothing from MT of much value and while I totally agree that working with people in her position is a 'rough and rocky road', there was zero in the AW that left me at all optimistic that Bowman has had any impact on his client. In fact the Bowman demeanor leaving the 2nd arrest booking in BPT today looked uncharacteristically grim for him IMO. I am not at all encouraged that MT has the capacity or willingness to assist the State's efforts. Hugely sad that this is not the case and I sincerely hope I am WRONG!

MOO
I agree. She's reluctantly giving LE anything, until her feet are to the fire. I understand offering her a deal if she cooperates, but is this really considered cooperating? She is either helping to create reasonable doubt in the mind of juries, or being set up by FD an NP to take the fall?

MT seemingly only "cooperated" when she was confronted with incontrovertible evidence. She would have been better off saying nothing and invoking her right to remain silent. Very, very strange. LE has to be wondering how deeply she was involved in this crime. JMO.

Surely, FD and NP are worried, that MT will disclose where the body may have been placed, providing further evidence.:D
She would do this, for a more lenient sentence, as it appears, if she continues down the path of wishy-washy replies, she will be cooked.
Bowman would be advising her but she may continue in supporting her man, hoping for a future together.
MOO.

Didn't she say she was sleeping until 6:40am? Wonder what her school drop off schedule is? Have to check EW schedule. MOO

What time do we think FD left 4Jx on the 24th?

Did a google estimate for the trip and it estimates 5:15am departure from 4Jx.

Google Maps

The AW didn't clock him out of 4Jx but did show CCTV in Fairfield CT on the Merritt Pky at 6:36 AM

According to the arrest warrant MT said when she awakened about 6:40 on Friday, May 24th, FD was gone. (Took a few tries to get to this answer....)

Oh well. Guess my plan was a poor one or the arresting officer wasn't aware of the 'no contact' order! But wait, it gets better, it was signed by Judge Blawie!

Somebody better alert DA so he can alert Pattis that MT is no foe and she is back living at 4JX and that all is good with FO and HO!

Thanks for the laugh! Needed it!

MOO

I find it baffling they have people to bail them out.

I can’t imagine what their days are like. Alone? Climbing the walls? Or watching Netflix, eating pizza, and chatting to enabling family and friends.

What they’ve done is insane. Fotis is an easy read. Angry. Narcissistic.

The psychology of MT is intriguing to me. At first I thought maybe she was in shock or scared. But with everything coming to light, it doesn’t seem that her conscience has been screaming at her to do the right thing.

I wonder if their brains are actually configured differently. An absence of empathic regions? I don’t think there are a whole lot of women that would go along with something like this - in love or not. At least I hope there aren’t a whole lot of women like her. The psychopaths next door scenario is unsettling.

Smirking may be an expression of another emotion other than satisfaction....

It may be a default defense mechanism...just something to think about..

His smirking....thinks he is going to win. I am surprised he has not fired and hire another lawyer....but then he may stick with this guy and then claim he was not fairly represented for an appeal.

Wonder what LE knows that the are holding back until his @$$ is arrested. It’s coming.
K

@ afitzy.
Do we have confirmation that MT is still hunkered down at the Avon Hotel?
Will have to get back to you on this one as I need to check 'alternative sources'! Cannot believe the arrest warrant was wrong. There was an official court document that we have seen recently with the Avon hotel address on it. MOO

Hmm I’m not sure I agree with Dave - so far she’s done quite a lot to delay cooperation - and she was right there with him at the car wash which seems the basis for the new charge - tampering with the Tacoma to hide the fact that it was used to transport a dead or very injured JD IMO
What is eerie is it was almost a week later.
EE demanded to get his truck back on 5/24.
When did he acquiesce and give the truck back?
MOO.
