Judge leaves the probation in place. Says Dulos went to probation to do a two hour battery charging . Judge repeats how important not having that GPS bracelet fully charged is going forward.

Norm Pattis is asking the judge to remove the ankle bracelet, says it’s not necessary and that Fotis has complied with all conditions of his release. Says some areas drain the GPS battery more than others.

Put a bracelet on each ankle! Then charging times can be off set...he may have to sit longer for charging but he will be trackable.
