This is SO Despicable. MamaA and SisterT are Laughing as they come out of the Court House. Seriously? What is so [Redacted] funny about a Mother, of 5 Children, missing and presumed dead and MT is right in the middle of the CRIME?

IMO and with a MOO MOO Here and a MOO MOO there.

They are tacky losers in every way. Goes to show you money doesnt buy class.

So funny! I was just going to post about the Muppet Sweater shot and today's shot with her family totally surrounding her and the side shot in court with the grey sweater. Mmmmmm.

WHO IS THE FATHER????? Wonder what FD might know or not? How do you convey pregnancy when there is a strict no contact order in place? Curious. Good luck getting child support from FD if its true though so the laugh is sadly on MT here if she thought the pot of gold was in sight! I'm not too concerned though because I firmly believe that a good portion of the pot of gold has already been divided up and Atty Weinstein knows precisely where it all is!

Can you imagine if there will now be a baby in this tragic cesspool with MT and FD?

As Nancy Grace would say, "BOMBSHELL"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MOO
She is 44.Too old,IMO.
ETA. Admittedly she was glowing today.
Thinking she and Momma and her sister had a spa day yesterday.
MOO.

I just went through the witness list again from the Civil Trial and the infamous Atty Markowitz (former KM partner) who did the entire hide the ball game with the FD transaction files for the real estate was called in the Civil Case by Atty Weinstein.

Sadly no tweets from the Press on what Atty Markowitz might have said unfortunately. Wish we had the full transcript of the trial now.

blankcheck.png Is anyone else here sad that Fotis Dulos just might not be getting his annual $14,000 Holiday Check from the Farber Family?

I'm not at all sad but I do plan to pop a FAUX check in the mail addressed as follows as I am sure FD won't be getting any checks anytime soon from GF, even though he claims 'that was the deal' in Civil Court:

Mr. Fotis Dulos
4 Jefferson Crossing
Farmington, CT 06032

In case he is evicted in the interim I plan to send a duplicate FAUX check to:

Mr. Fotis Dulos
80 Mountain Spring Road
Farmington, CT 06032

AND in case the 2 above missives aren't received at those 2 addresses then another one to:

Mr. Fotis Dulos
61 Sturbridge Hill Road
New Canaan, CT 06840

Sadly I wish that we could send the checks to:

Mr. Fotis Dulos
C/O Bridgeport Jail
Bridgeport, CT

But perhaps next year this might be possible!

Attached is a sample of a stock check for purposes of discussion:

LOVE IT!!!!!

IMO.

Wonder if the DM has it?
@Jmoose, Atty Markowitz was a witness at the Civil Trial for the Prosecution. Unfortunately we have no testimony transcript for what he could have added regarding the FORE real estate transactions. Hopefully the full transcript will be available at some point so that this loop might be closed in our understanding of his possible role in facilitating FORE business activities.

NOT surprising. Who is paying for him? CT taxpayers?

I am so confused and disturbed at the repeated references here that our state taxpayer dollars might be funding high end defense attorneys who might be contributing to additional waste of our state court resources. If the defendants are not paying for their own private counsel out of pocket, wouldn't they just be assigned general state public defenders? I would love to be enlightened by those of you with more insight!

I think the issue is that nobody knows how either of the defense attorneys are being paid.

So, there has been speculation that public funds might be in play.

MT seemed to have engaged Atty Bowman in advance of her arrest and he is believed to have some connection to her family or a family friend. We have no reason to believe Atty Bowman isn't being paid by the Troconis/Arrezea families.

FD is a different story as he worked his way through a few attorneys before landing with Atty. P. FD spent more time in jail than MT and had some difficulty raising his bail so the speculation was always there that he was unable to reach any agreement with perhaps better known or perhaps more qualified counsel before he signed on with Pattisville. Could Atty. P. be functioning as a public defender? Sure, but we don't know the answer.

Atty Weinstein made an attempt to figure it out in the Civil Litigation as FD has claimed no income for 2 years now but is somehow able to support the billable hrs of 5 attys spread over Civil, Family and Criminal Court? Atty. P. has a long history of public defense work but he is not on record with the State for doing so as he hasn't filled out the paperwork.

I do agree with others here who say that is public funds are in play to pay any of the lawyers associated with either MT or FD that such arrangements should be made public. I've been waiting for someone from the Press to take on investigation of this issue but so far it hasn't happened.

DM update on MT:
Fotis Dulos' ex-girlfriend Michelle Troconis appears in court | Daily Mail Online

From the article:
View attachment 219088

Has FD moved or is he now out trolling the neighbourhood trying to pick up a few bucks by shovelling snow after spending an entire day in court shovelling [REDACTED]?

Wonder if the DM will let its concerned readers know where the picture was taken. FD does have a lot of company right....and, RD was buying things at Home Goods for her stay or FD's new abode...

Any media folks following this thread? This seems like an amazing story opportunity for a good investigative reporter!
Sadly my suspicion is that any such story won't originate in CT. Controversial statement for sure but I wish I could be more positive about the overall situation with the Press in CT but IMO its hard. The goal for most folks is a 1 min soundbite for the evening and late news and perhaps a short clip for the website. There are reporters following the case that IMO are clearly capable of doing some excellent work but its not what their news organisations want or need.

Good example IMO was Marisa Alter of News12 who spent 2 days I believe up in Hartford and maybe got 5 to 10 min max of air time, if that for her efforts. Marisa has been on the Dulos case with intensity from Day 1 but sadly has no platform IMO on her channel for the Story. So far as I know News12 hasn't even put a Dulos case tab on their main website to capture all of their collective reporting. I will have to go back and check as I haven't looked at their website in awhile. News12 isn't based in CT and so has to cover NY, NJ and CT and they do it with remote reporters over the tri state area who I believe send their work product to a studio in NJ. News12 used to be in CT and did a good job with local news and so with the new owner has largely changed its entire focus.

So, other than the true local outlets like newcanaanite.com/Mike Dinan and some good reporting out of Middletown (which I believe is part of Hearst), there sadly hasn't been much digging of an investigative nature.

Poor Dave Altimari of the Hartford Courant seemed to be quite exhausted after searching Albany Avenue for the crack dealer Fudge and the bloody knife (I personally don't believe the story that DA was anywhere near Albany but I'm willing to suspend disbelief for a bit longer until the story comes out at trial) that he hasn't ventured out much since then and it appeared that he was also probably snoozing in Civil Court the other day as I think he might have sent out 3 or 4 tweets over the course of a 2 day trial? The HC supporting the Atty. P. gag order appeal shows IMO that they just want to do phonecall journalism/reposting with the likes of Atty. P. and its good that they identified their style and process early in this case so no time gets spent on their output IMO.

The local reporters we saw recently on the Frazee trial in CO were inventive in their use of Facebook live for trial coverage and managed to convey a story and trial even under extremely strict press guidelines in court and IMO they were impressive. There were a lot of young reporters in that case that cared about their stories and were very committed. We have seen no such inventiveness from the Press in CT thus far on the Dulos case.

My guess is that as the case moves on with possibly more charges and a trial looms, that more full time coverage from NY and the news shows will return and then things might improve. Until then, we will have to continue to chug along here doing the best that we can with the limited info available. The news world has changed and I'm sure the local outlets for Hearst etc. are doing the best that they can as are the local TV stations.

One more thought...please bear with me as it starts off very obviously: today I realized that we at WS only know about this tangled, appalling mess such as what FD has put JD and her family through because she is missing and surely dead. Obvious, I know. The significance of this realization to me is that FD’s outrageous behaviors and the stealth involved would have been known only to the lawyers and JD’s family and friends if not for her disappearance and presumed death. So it would have been just JD and family to try to deal with all of this alone (with lawyers, etc. but no WS sleuthing to help, etc.). ***In NO WAY am I saying it is “good” how it occurred; my point is that who knows how many other people are going through such horrible divorce and custody cases similar to this and all alone. MOO.

But now, everyone knows what a jerk this creep is, which would not have been known previously: even in other Countries he is frowned upon due to his actions.
Surely, he realizes this: 'how disliked he now has become', whereas previously only those around him, were aware.
As you state, HopeForTheBest, there are numerous horrid divorce, custody cases out there, not in the lime light, but further crimes, murders etc introduce them to the public, thank goodness.

The DM are actually quite responsive if you email them. I know the DM takes knocks sometimes for their coverage on other cases but I have to say that for the Dulos case they have been on point and their video coverage has really put the rest of the CT Press to shame IMO. I'm not sure how they are doing their coverage of the case but they always manage to get some good stuff IMO which as been impressive. So, Kudos to the DM! MOO

I am so looking forward to the criminal case, here: regarding the phone pings etc.:):):)

Watching Teresa Sievers murder case, it was great to hear the detail evidence, and the work involved, to follow the phone pings, also Burner phones.
Hours and hours of work.

Following Dulos' phone, the 'street dump of plastic bags', and his ideas, to leave no evidence, will be terrific to follow.
These Crooks, aren't as smart as they think: LE's experience and latest technology will nail this jerk, as it did, in the Sievers' case.
No wonder, it takes time, before everything is revealed.
