Yeppers! We talked at one point (IMO, IIRC) about the possibility that she is pregnant.

Here is picture of MT from Court today:

Does anyone think that she has a protective vest on under the yellow jumpsuit or is something else going on?

Whole shape of the top looks somehow 'off' IMO.

MT is slender and here she looks for lack of a better word "puffy". Is it just the nature of the top being too large?

The Silver Alert had been out for 10 hours at that point. Do you think FD would have risked driving to NC to deposit the bike (or even sending someone to deposit the bike on the only property he own(ed) in NC?

If you read carefully, the logo isn’t necessarily detached from the bike. It is possible that they found the bike or a section of it, with the logo still attached. The warrant reads:
“Evidence recovered from the Albany Ave trash receptacles contains a logo consistent with a Mercier bike...
So this could mean a piece of evidence, such as a bike section or the bike itself, has that logo still attached, given the wording “contains a logo”. It could of course, just be a piece removed or detached too.
I think they’re being purposefully vague here. Clearly MT identified that the bike was missing from 4JC in the 6/3 photo she was shown. And she said she saw it at 80MS.

The bike in the Sturbridge dumpster is a good idea though. It could make such a banging noise, and it’s a big object to get rid of. While homeless people are always in need of bikes, and FD did lean the big and identifiable car mat up on Albany Ave, it would be really risky for him to haul out his bike on the trash run, and an intact bike would be quite big to stuff in the trash along Albany.
FD texted LA the nanny at 5:39am Saturday morning which is right around the time when the banging was heard in NC. They should be able to see where FDs phone pinged when that text was sent, if he was in NC at that time. It could also have been MT (or even KM) sent to get rid of the bike in the dumpster.

Are you talking about the Thule overhead rack for ski's and sports gear? It looks a bit like a coffin sitting on top of the car. It was in his FB picture with MT and the children when they loaded more children into the Suburban than it could legally fit! The carrier was mentioned in AW3 too I think.

There are many (non murderous) "men" like FD in this state of CT, "men" quite content to live off their rich father in laws with these sort of de facto "jobs" supplemented by wealthy grandpa, or a no show job in 'finance' or Daddy works 'from home' cough cough doing NOTHING and NOT helping mind the kiddies, rich old grandpa pays for the nannies you know.....you would be shocked by how many I know in this financial situation.

ETA: I put 'jobs' in quotes because men with REAL jobs earn income, these daddy sponsored 'jobs' don't earn the husband any income; they are something Daddy sponsors, to keep the deadbeat his daughter married busy, so his daughter won't be the embarrassment to have married a deadbeat loser, who is unwilling to provide for his own family.

When the wealthy daughter finally does divorce, yes the man pawns off financial responsibility of their spawn to the in laws in the form of tuitions camps, nannies, clothing everything paid for by rich old grandpa ...most do not murder their ex wife, but absolutely do live off of them, and never provide for their children, happens out here every.single.day...

Agreed! Saw it time and time again. Never saw so many people with the title of "financial planner"...to the point it was almost all I saw. One I knew worked for his father's management firm and when there wasn't any money that needed managing, he went on unemployment. Both he and his wife were Brown educated, drove European sports cars, and lived in a fancy-smancy house in Avon.

Do we know that the bike is missing?

I'm curious to know what made him think, last minute, to dispose of the logo? He apparently didn't think ahead of time to doctor it, like he did with the license plates. Who did he think saw him, and might be able to identify the bike? Is there another accidental witness out there?

As for JD's Suburban, I want to know how long it was in that location before it was discovered. Surely there would've been bus footage from the afternoon.

Did FD leave it, as it was discovered, hoping/expecting an unsuspecting opportunist would steal it? Missing woman, missing phone, missing vehicle? Gone girl....

The level of planning, the level of stupidity, staggering, just staggering.

All my opinions.

What amazes me is in so many cases the perpetrator tries to spread their evidence all over the place.

Have they ever taken statistics in high school or college?

The more places you leave it, the more places you have to getting caught. I just don't get their decrepit mind which thinks spreading the evidence means less chance of getting caught.

KM has connections with LE, though I don't know if it's State Police or otherwise. Would be worth finding out.

BBM: Fotis, 51, spoke to police three months later after they learned Kleopatra had died. He said he wasn’t involved in the incident but that his mom had a history of losing consciousness and falling to the floor.

Well that’s good to know. He’s always felt that way. I believe he is pinning his hopes on the fact that there is no body. I think he also feels like he has enough possibly on KM and MT that if necessary he can point the finger at one or both of them. Also he did a lot to frame the EE as well. He is very very narcissistic and arrogant. In his brain, the crime was full proof. He has no ability to see it otherwise. He’s mister control freak spreadsheet guy. In his brain, he committed the perfect murder.

He and NP aren’t going to admit to anything the state has at this point. The ONLY smart thing FD has done is not interviewed with LE. Not one time. We see how badly the two interviews KM gave and the three MT gave made them look. And as witnesses their credibility is shot. So likely FD figures at this point they are both on record in LE interviews as outright lying especially MT or being incredibly evasive and sketchy like KM.

The main issue FD has is his alibi(s) for the morning in question. Coupled with a mountain of other things. Keep in mind the AWs and all of their incredible content are just the tip of the iceberg here. Just the tip of their case and not the entire case. We simply do not know how much they have.

I really hope FD testifies in open court. I really hope he does. I know Colangelo does. Let him talk. He pretty much hanged himself in that disastrous interview he gave.

the thing that MT and KM and their attorneys need to be very much aware of is that if they have anything whatsoever to offer to LE that can be verified they should do it now. None of these three evil fools is gonna walk. The jurors are going to despise all three. I’m glad to see FD is still defiant and stubbornly committed to pleading his case.

this is frustrating to see some may bail/bond out.

I think in the excitement that charges were finally filed yesterday I briefly lost sight of how tragically awful the details were for JD. I can only hope and prayer her suffering was brief as possible because it’s clear she did suffer. Wherever you are sweet Jennifer I hope it’s a place of light and love and warmth. I pray for justice for you and your family.

May there be absolutely no mercy for FD, KM and MT. May they all rot.
