As a followup to @oceancalling post today about Atty. P. motions here is a recent article done about the Atty. P. motion to dismiss charges against Fd. @sds71 I believe filed a pdf of the motion to dismiss motion which I have to admit to being a stunning piece of drafting and I do wonder how it doesn't qualify as being a 'frivolous' court filing?

Attorney for Fotis Dulos files to have charges dismissed

"Pattis, Mini-me, and the Leprechaun are the funniest group of defense attorneys in State History. Congrats! The stunned looks on your faces might land you a leading roll in a day time soap opera yet. You have a lot of promise!"

So disgusting. Pattis is known for bringing a circus atmosphere to distract from the actual facts. Add to that his flair for drama, and sensationalism. I wish the media would stop covering his despicable antics. Fotis Dulos should burn for what he has done to JD and his own children. Those poor babies lost their mother to this monster. It's gross that we are subjected to that clowns antics in the media daily. Norm Pattis- you should be ashamed of yourself. I hope you're saving all the money you make torchering families, it's going to be very expensive to buy your soul back from the Devil at the end of your career. Anyone else notice Fotis Dulos has aged 20 years in the last 6 months. Must be stressful living as a muderer. I hope Jennifer haunts you every day of you miserable life.

Pattis and his mini-me look like cheap trolls in expensive suits. Very unappetizing defense team for a very unappetizing defendant.

Pattis has lost his mind. I believe he should be locked up until his trial. He is a risk to the public, and just because they took his ax does not mean he is harmless? I cannot wait to see if JD. DNA is in the ax. I believe he should be in jail where he belongs with Jennifer’s blood on his hands.

No body (in this case, yet) and no murder weapon. Just bloody clothing but no bloody glove. DNA everywhere. Sound familiar? O.J. anyone?

Fartgas Jan 10, 2020 5:29pm

I want what Pattis is smoking.

Does Pattis really think a grand jury wouldn't vote to indict Dulos with this mountain of evidence they've got against him? This motion is a waste of time, a way for Pattis to run up his fees.

Something is really wrong with Norm Pattis. I think he needs a mental health evaluation along with his client Fotis. He is really lying to his client cause no normal individual would truly believe this man is innocent. What he should be doing is trying to get him the best deal for killing her.

I agree! That comment is priceless... so true and so funny... The best combo :D:D:D

I apologize. I actually think Bowman is trying his very best to get his client to do the right thing, but she refuses to heed his advice. He knows she is lying; it must be infuriating to have had to sit in on those interviews, knowing how obvious the BS was. Bowman does seem like a decent fellow and a professional. He could help her if only she would take his help.
Just my opinion...but when he walked out of Court when her bond was set, etc...Mr. Bowman looked very, very angry. I'm guessing his knowing that his client is a flat out liar; who isn't taking any of his advice - is very, very frustrating. moo

Agree 100%. He is so annoying in so many ways...pompous attitude, whiney, unpolished (that ponytail!), unprofessional, desperate, condescending, exasperating, hypocritical, arrogant and a charlatan, just to name a few. All imo, of course. But I am really getting tired of his SCHTICK!

My sentiments exactly!

Thinking about the KM connection to the Gun and Hunting Club in Granby, CT and his personal knowledge of all aspects of hunting.....

KM allegedly found the land, set up the club and was a member for many years.

We don't have complete clarity on KM personal timeline yet but given his membership in a hunting club I don't think it's unreasonable to think that he would have knowledge of game dressing at all.

Could it be possible that KM possibly was with Fd at 80MS assisting with the grizzly process of dismemberment and that instead of a possible 'group of 2 - MT and Fd' that it was possibly a 'group of 3 - Fd, MT and KM' or possibly a 'group of 2 - KM and Fd'?

In the beginning of this case I had considered that the fake plates were going to be used to bypass tolls. I had considered the idea that Jennifer's remains may have ended up in Massachusetts.

Well, it just occurred to me that when KM was making a run for it, where did he head? Towards Mass! I wonder where KM was headed? Does KM have property in Mass by any chance or another gun range type property he might know about there?

I know Jennifer could be anywhere and we have mostly leaned towards NY if her remains went out of state, but I think I am going to reconsider the Mass option again.

Sadly we don't have enough KM timeline info yet to answer this question.

But, if I had to speculate I would think that MA perhaps has connections for both KM and Fd in the form of extended family (non TOS).

I seriously doubt he dismembered her in the garage or even would have wanted to. I don't think he wanted to be there all the amount of time that he was. Something went seriously wrong in the garage. I don't think he wanted any blood evidence at all. She was supposed to be Gone Girl without a trace. Dismemberment leaves too much possibility of evidence. MOO.

BBM: In my opinion, the Gone Girl theory came up later when FD hired NP. I hadn't imagined that FD was planning on going with that idea until he was busted in the Albany Ave debacle and had to grasp for straws. I could be wrong though.
I am still on the fence about dismemberment but I think if he did do that it wasn't in the garage.

Since FD cleaned up, I wonder why he didn't do something with her purse?
IDK, All speculation on my part. I get the feeling that as soon as JF pulled in the garage and got out of the Suburban she headed towards the door to the mud room and unlocked it. FD may have been waiting just around from the garage and followed her in, grabbing her as she unlocked the door, and her purse was dropped. She tried to fight back being pulled further into the garage, then he bludgeoned her. Things got much bloodier than he expected. As he frantically was cleaning up, he picked up her purse and just threw it in the mud room...another one of his oversights...I am confident that once he goes to trial that we will hear of many more...just like Patrick Frazee.

FD was at 69 Welles for roughly 2.5 hours. 150 minutes, plus or minus. I'm convinced murder at that location WAS NOT his intent. Zip ties, abduction. Get in, get her, get out. I'm not convinced he knew her schedule that morning. Who USUALLY brought the kids to school? The nanny could've spent the night and done so. If FD got the access code on the 22nd, he may have been waiting for the nanny to leave with the kids, then he'd be free to let himself into the garage, gain entry to the house.... he must've watched JFd leave with the kids, decided to wait, to see if she'd return.

And she did return. And he was ready. Blitz attack....

Ambush from behind. Zip ties. Pillows to silence. She must have fought back with a vengeance though, which would only enrage him. How dare she.

This is all my speculation only but if he'd managed to abduct her, without injury, the ONLY evidence would've been that one unlocked access door. And her purse, tea, granola bar....

Her Suburban and phone would've found at the park... making it seem that the park was the scene of whatever happened....

He'd have been back at 4JC by, what, 10am...

No missing paper towels, no blood spatter, no clean up, if it had gone according to his plan....

Back to the 150 minutes.... how long does it take to overpower a person? Overpower, secure. Then rage fueled attack. 20 minutes? No matter your estimate, that leaves 100+minutes. To clean. He missed the spots on the dark vehicles.... knew he'd have to get rid of the trunkliner.... that's still 100+ minutes for cleaning the garage. IMO he was hellbent on removing all traces.... I don't think he had a GOOD plan, or even a well thought out plan, but I think loosely it was "make her go away", nothing more advanced than that. Let them think she disappeared herself at the park, practically with the car running. He was sure his alibi would hold. He HAD to make it look like she'd left 69 Welles freely.

I'm a bit surprised FD didn't call HIS mistress to come clean up his mess, but he sure must have gone to great pains to leave the garage virtually spotless. Except the spots he missed. Understandable. The man had probably never cleaned ANYTHING prior to that day.

He was racing the clock the whole time.

We need someone to pinpoint the EXACT spot where FD spent his afternoon. A la the Frazee burnpile. That spot, wherever it is, has secrets to tell.

JMO JMO JMO

This is probably in the AW, but can someone quickly clarify: Did the nanny see JD's purse on the floor? If so, I'm confused as to why she wouldn't have called 911 right then and there.
It was. Maybe she hadn’t checked inside the purse at that point and thought JF had taken another. I think it was just an accumulation of everything that she got that sinking feeling something bad had happened.

Bloody zip ties and a French bicycle: Court records detail evidence against Jennifer Dulos’ husband

NP saying that he saw nothing in the arrest warrant that was any concern for his client, is just bluster and bravado. His motion to dismiss is to lay grounds for an appeal.

NP's central statement is "we don't know what happened." And that is what he will hammer, as well as attempting to get evidence suppressed.
She left an amount of blood on the floor that indicated a mortal injury. She didn't drive her self away or the driver seat would be flooded with blood.

Her ex husband drove a borrowed car near her house, then her car was driven to that same location and was abandoned. Her ex husband left in his vehicle with the passenger seat stained with her DNA.

Then in the arrest warrant evidence there is footage of FD disposing of items then recovered that tested positive for JFd's blood and DNA, including her bloody cut clothing. The police have indicated there are two dozen more items with her DNA found in the two recovered bags.

Unequal justice for rich and poor is huge here.
Any regular person would be done a very long time ago.
