Atty. P. is and has been fixated on the absolutely discredited psych report of Dr. Herman as he and his entire team are nowhere in their case IMO.

The State releases the beginning of the search warrants used in this case and the first real glimpses of the horrific, violent and very bloody death endured by JFd emerges as what is Atty. P. searching for?

Atty. P. is searching for a psych report that wasn't allowed into evidence by Judge Heller.

Every time substantive evidence is released by the State there is always some other piece of evidence that is needed to 'save his client'.

When the Albany photos and findings were first released Atty. P. said that "MT can save his client".

When AW2 came and the photos of Red Tacoma were shown alleging Fd in NC on the murder date then Atty. P. said "KM can save my client and provide proof that Fd was not in NC".

IMO when you have no defense strategy for your client there will always be one other piece of evidence that will be needed to 'save your client'.

One by one, the State has meticulously removed each of the possible alibi claims that Atty. P. has made to the point now that the situation is frankly ridiculous and so another piece of ridiculous information in the form of a psych report is needed by Atty. P. to not deal with credible evidence such as blood in the Welles Garage and in JFd MBR or on Albany Avenue in trash cans.

Atty. P. is no longer making alibi claims and is now instead focused on possible motive claims by the State.

JFd by all accounts was a long-standing victim of domestic violence at the hands of her husband and now possibly based on the comments of the 'Greek Family' yesterday this behaviour was supported wholeheartedly by them. Sounds like JFd lived in a hostile environment with very difficult living conditions and she was charged with raising 5 small children effectively by herself.

Sounds stressful to me. DV has not just emotional and mental components but potentially physical components as well. PTSD and anxiety disorders are not at all uncommon in DV survivors and some never get over their experiences, even with treatment. IMO it wasn't just that JFd endured the marriage, it was the 2 years in family court and then the 'master stroke' by Fd where he walked away from his children for 10 months and left JFd holding the psychological bag so to speak on children (oldest in particular) that were emotionally falling apart. For a mother to see a child or children endure emotional distress and not be able to do much other than seek treatment IMO could very well have pushed JFd to a point of unimaginable psychological distress and absolute despair. Fd IMO weaponised his children against JFd in order to accomplish his goals and then stepped back to leave JFd to deal with the mess he had created.

Make no mistake here as IMO Fd inflicted this pain on his children and JFd deliberately and then simply stayed at 4Jx with MT and her daughter and waited for the entire emotional drama to play out and for JFd to simply emotionally disintegrate. IMO it was torture from a distance and it was sick and it was absolutely diabolical and IMO it was planned with precision no differently than the murder that happened in the garage at Welles.

Small game hunting is allowed during the winter months described ; suffice it to say that KM would not only be very familiar with the land but also the habits of the members of the hunting club he was a part of and would know exactly when/where to sneak in and dig that grave.

JFd was murdered in her own home after dropping off her 5 children at school.

Nothing JFd experienced or did while alive warranted her violent murder IMO at the hands of Fd/MT/KM and for Atty. P. to suggest that JFd is somehow responsible for her demise or that Fd was somehow justified in murdering her is IMO absolutely wrong and irresponsible and reckless behaviour from any defense attorney.

JFd was the victim and she is NOT on trial for murder and conspiracy to commit murder, her husband Fd is!

The family and the public have had to endure months of Atty. P. dragging a victim through the mud but this latest move with a discredited psych report is simply one bridge too far IMO.

You are correct. Most of the members are attorneys so I guess that is how KM is familiar with the members' timelines .
 
Just an attempt to refocus the discussion back to what will be discussed at the eventual trial of Fd/MT and KM and that is evidence.

The State IMO has done a solid job of presenting such information in the 3 AWs we have seen so far for each of the individuals charged.

HLN just summarised a few pieces of such evidence in the latest AWs:

Atty. P. has a vested interest on behalf of his client Fd in removing focus from the fact that the State has amassed a mountain of evidence against Fd/MT/KM and a Judge has signed off on 3 AWs indicating probable cause.

Atty. P. yet again has said that he has 'alternative theories' and will present them at trial for all the evidence submitted by the State. Oddly enough Atty. P. never shares these 'alternative theories'.

My guess is that such 'alternative theories' simply don't exist and so the only thing left to do is to 'go fishing' and this is yet again what we see Atty. P. doing and its really no different from the first day he entered the scene with this tragic case.

Hahaha - that is a joke statement! Of course he doesn't have the bike any more he got rid of it after the murder. Wasn't it caught in the back of the pick up truck with the large lump of something covered up? Didn't they find the decal for the bike in the garbage on Albany Ave? Bike is now no longer with FD, neither is JD, he disposed of her and the bike. Hideous creature that FD, with a big mouth lout for an attorney.

How about using his 'sister' and 'niece' to violate a 'gag order'?

Dealing with Fd and Pattisville is like dealing with Jello IMO as it all sadly seems to be about skirting the edges of the law and then playing a game of 'catch me if you can'.

Judge Blawie tried to be as specific as he could in his Orders and yet again its a case of 'please don't eat the daisy's' and because the "Greek Family" wasn't specifically included in the 'gag order' they can be used to get around Court Orders. This is sadly no different than the 'Greek Family' seeking to impose themselves with the 5 Dulos children when there was a strict no contact order in place for Fd.

How many times will this have to happen before the State or Judge Blawie seeks to restrain the entire 'Greek Family' from interference and working around the Order of the Court on behalf of their uncle/brother?

The physical evidence in this case IMO based on 3 AWs is compelling.

Atty. P. on behalf of his client is doing everything humanly possible to avoid discussion of the information presented by the State which I believe is only the beginning of what will eventually be presented by the case.

Atty. P. would like to try the victim in the case in the public arena and this has been a key component of his ill conceived plan from the beginning of this case.

I'm going back to working on the MT timeline and blasting off an email to Judge Blawie to request that he investigate precisely what is going on with regard to public communication in Pattisville.

Yes, we know, atty Pattis-he got rid of the bike along with the rest of the murder evidence! Is he attempting to claim the bike was long gone before the murder, so Fd couldn’t have been seen biking toward Jennifer’s house on it the morning she was murdered? And why is his mouth flapping about this in the first place? Two words...GAG ORDER!

He even mentioned the gag order himself in that interview..... He is Bat guano insane....

Dr.GF did Not pay off his loan.

She Bought the Mortgage and therefore legally 'acting' as a Bank or Mortgage Company.

Buying the Mortgage transfers all rights of Foreclosure to Dr.GF.

So, legally Fd is still held responsible for the Mortgage of 4JC.

He just has to pay the mortgage to Dr.GF instead of Mellon.

If Dr.GF had just paid off the loan, then she would have No Recourse to boot Fd out of the home.

It would have been considered a 'Gift' to Fd. NOT.

I bet Dr.GF is also Reporting to the Credit Agencies that Fd is Not Paying His Mortgage.

The same Dr Herman that left in a huff while being interviewed on the stand and whose report was deemed 'inadmissible' by Judge Heller.

I do have to admit to being confused about the GAL involvement in seeming to 'advise' the State here. The only thing that GAL has been seen to do since JFd went missing is to pursue payment for his services from Fd which remain unpaid and this only seemed to happen IMO as the Fd/FORE house of cards finances began to implode. GAL Meehan is protected even in bankruptcy but it seems that he has been hoovering around Family Court in the Dulos case just looking for the opportunity to bill more hours.

Has Judge Heller OR GAL Meehan done anything since JFd went missing to actually do his assigned job which is to protect the interests of the 5 Dulos children?

We know nothing seemed to be done to protect the marital assets of the JFd as they appear to have been squandered by Fd.

But what about the interests of the children since their mother went missing on 5/24?

GAL Meehan has time to track down an unpaid invoice but what about the children?

Where is Judge Heller in all of this? No protection of marital assets of missing and presumed dead JFd and no follow up on the 5 Dulos children so far as we can see.

We have no reason to believe that GF isn't doing a wonderful job safeguarding the 5 Dulos children, but IMO I'm baffled why the State Family Court bureaucracy ground to a halt when JFd went 'missing'? Don't 'missing' people deserve protection from the State as do their children.

Yes, custody passed to GF for the 5 children. But there was still a divorce action pending that involved JFD that was never terminated. Why was nothing able to be done to protect the interests of JFd and her interest in the marital assets?

Just seems like if you are involved in a divorce and while in the process just 'happen' to go 'missing' in the State of CT, that its open season for your spouse to simply plunder and steal everything not nailed down.

Great work Atty Midler (JFd attorney) and Judge Heller in protecting the financial interests of JFd from Fd after she went missing and is now presumed murdered at his hands.
