Riding boot....they have long top,and short top boot. The short top boots come with a zipper on the side for some styles.
Poor MT no boots....that’s if they are horse back riding boots.

As for Ski boots, she is out of luck. But who was coaching her daughter in prior years? Was it always MT?

The tall riding boots have zippers, now, too-wish they’d had them before I stopped riding! I actually cannot even imagine that the state could possibly consider moving/removing that GPS monitor. Michael Skakel may have more powerful advocates in the court than MT likely has-one of his greatest defenders is his cousin Robert Kennedy, a lawyer that probably knows everybody and anybody who matters in the CT court system. I am not sure that MT can say the same. I just hope that Judge Blawie doesn’t soften up on her, and I would really like to see Colangelo and whoever else is on the prosecution team apply some pressure.

I just have this “audio” in my head, featuring MT and her lawyer, JS going on...

In perfect English, but whiny, she is saying
“But Jon, I am sooo bored-I have no job, and nothing to do, and Fotis is dead so there is nobody to play with, and I can’t hang around anyplace good to find a new rich boyfriend-why can’t I ski and ride? That isn’t hurting anybody. I want you to get the gps monitor removed so I can ski and ride, and maybe take a trip to South America-what are my parents paying you so much money for, if you can’t do that?”

thanks for the laugh Jmoose! I hope they don’t let her get away with anything. She is not special

yes, I remember too pulling on riding boots and pulling off riding boot....zippers would have been nice!

There's a very recent interview of NB on Winter.news. She is doing very well and doesn't need her mother's distraction. MT needs to stay put.
Not sure why NB removing the T isn't sending a loud message to her mother about her wishes. I think that's a pretty big statement...and one that's come about since May 2019.

I just listened to this podcast which was very fact driven with a few thoughts and opinions here and there.
It's clear as day FD did it, MT participated in some way, shape or form and I hold hope Jennifer will be found...or, and this is painful to say, partial remains at worse.
Wish this employee of Fotis had been faster in picking up the red flags around FD asking so much to be done with the Tacoma.

I agree, MT and KM were involved in the planning of FD's actions.

One thing to keep in mind about the ex-employee is that fact that FD was threatening him. FD indicated that if the employee went to the police or the police spoke to him, the employee would be putting his green card status in danger.

Table 1: Penalties for Connecticut Penal Code Offenses

Classification of Crime Imprisonment Fine

Capital felony execution or life —

Class A felony (murder) 25 to 60 years up to $20,000

Class A felony 10 to 25 years up to $20,000

Class B felony 1 to 20 years up to $15,000

Class C felony 1 to 10 years up to $10,000

Class D felony 1 to 5 years up to $5,000

MT faces Class B, C, and multiple class D felonies.

I disagree that if she's convicted or given a plea deal that she will not face any prison time. I think the conspiracy to commit murder charge may come with a mandatory minimum.

By all accounts, MT has offered nothing in exchange and if the Prosecutor is making any deal with the devil, it's most likely a deal made with KM.

Did we not suspect that the reason she didn’t want to be on video at her last date, was because she did not want anyone to know that the translator’s services weren’t really needed? I hope the judge makes her appear on video for the entire proceeding this week, rather than just for a small part of it. I don’t think it’ll be too difficult for someone or several someones to prove that she is abundantly comfortable and able to communicate in English.

Yes, I have Absolutely No Doubt, this was the reason for her requested black out.

In response to another member's post, the Interpreter for MT was wearing headphones in the snipe of everyone on the Zoom call of that particular court date. He would listen in English on the headphones and then speak to MT in Spanish through the phone. If she were concerned that she would develop a cramp in her arm while holding the phone up to her ear, she could have placed it on speaker phone. NOT.

Bottom Line? MT can most definitely understand ENGLISH and the Interpreter would interfere with her listening in ENGLISH.

IMO.

GREAT info here, thank you @Seattle1!

I agree with you and believe there will be prison time. I also believe MT's only prayer of a plea would be to give up Jennifer's location, in which case there will STILL be prison time.

In the deals of all deals, Krystal Kenney agreed to testify against Patrick Frazee in exchange for being allowed to plead guilty to a single charge of felony evidence tampering. After PF was convicted, the Judge sentenced Kenney to the maximum penalty of three years.

That's a deal with the devil by all definitions. I expect KM might receive something similar.
