He doesn’t seem to work in an efficient way-I prefer Judge Gary White’s way...he makes you understand that there is one big boss and only one, in that courtroom so he doesn’t have to keep wading through the same load of manure over and over again. He brought fD to the “come to jesus” meeting, and I’d like to see him do the same with MT and KM.

IMO, it is important to keep in mind:

1. The conspirators played games with cellphones that day to give the appearance people were in locations other than where they actually were;
2. Despite MT's claim to LE that she was simply documenting events of 5/24 for her lawyer, MT included certain falsehoods on her cellphone and activity logs.

(E.g. MT claimed she "had sex with Fotis" in the shower, but she subsequently told LE that was not true and she had not seen FD at 4JC that morning; also, she completely omitted the Albany Ave evidence dumping trip from her reported activities even though she did include such mundane details as "made juice," "made an omelet," and the details of the clothing she allegedly wore that day).​

So, until the details reflected on these logs prepared by MT are verified, we have no way of knowing if information presented on them is true and if any parts are false, what parts those are.

So, did those 7:45 to 8:04 am calls occur and did they come from New Canaan? I don't know, but I'm inclined to suspect so given that LE got a SW for cell tower records that completely includes that time frame in the area of Frogtown Rd (the road JFD travelled to deliver her kids to school).

As for who was using that cellphone that morning, THAT is likely something of a hot potato issue. Whoever it was would be subject to suspicion as one coordinating as part of the conspiracy. So, I expect LE has done some related investigating. In any case, we know who was on the Farmington end of the communications.

Also important to remember:
The request for return of "MT's mother's and daughter's devices that were seized" came from MT's attorney; it did not come directly from either MT's mother or MT's daughter. And the request was completely lacking in particulars as to WHICH devices by name, description, cellphone number, etc.

Why?

Because MT on her log is indicating that she was communicating with someone she identifies as "Mami" on the other end of that phone fairly continuously on 5/24 from 7:45am through 8:04am.

According to MT's cellphone log:
16 minute outgoing call from 7:45 to 8:01, then
5 sec outgoing call at 8:02, then
2 minute incoming call from 8:02-8:04

That was the exact time frame JFD was dropping the kids off at school the morning she disappeared, and shortly before JFD in her Suburban appears on a neighbor's surveillance returning to 69 Welles Lane. That last incoming call was ended 1 minute before the AW reports the Suburban showed on JFD's neighbor's surveillance.

I don't know about you, but when I consider the implications of that, I feel like I need to vomit.

And now MT's attorney is in court asking for the return of seized devices "belonging" to MT's mother and daughter without providing any helpful identifying information.

Multiple possibilities here. (Including that the term Mami has multiple colloquialisms).

We know that Marisela (Sr, also a MT sis by that name) was stationed at 4JC by 5/31 when the police arrived. When did Mama arrive in CT and why?
Did MT know that she might need her to be around to care for her daughter if she and FD got caught that day? (Clearly that was what happened when police showed up and they had to go to Litchfield the night of 5/31, MamaT was there to whisk away the daughter, waiting in the wings and ready to go in the Cherokee no less, if I recall correctly).

Were they planning to take off with the Dulos kids that Saturday 5/25 morning, perhaps involving the Troconis clan?

All speculation but ripe for investigation, agree that the question of the timing of these calls and who was on the other end is intriguing.

1. Dates of marriage to Ex in Florida.
2. Dates of movements from last residences in FL
3. Whether she sold her last residence before moving to CT
4 Date she moved to CT
5. Location she directly moved into from FL
6 Date she moved into JXing
7 Dates of Ex’s car accident, and subsequent lawsuit and/or settlement.
8. Terms of FL support order from GB. (Peeps have referred to her monthly $4000 stipend as CS and possible alimony, but IIRC, she was never married to GB and this was only CS sought when child was 6 yrs old. I’d also like to compare dates of this motion with her dates of marriage to man she married in FL)
9. Given the claim of FD lying to the entire T clan, and considering the photos of cousins and families gleefully visiting MT at her new digs in fall, 2017 (previously openly posted on IG) and photos of the lavish Christmas/New Years 2017 party at JXing attended by members of the clan ( also previously openly posted on IG); I also think it would prudent to look at the dates of first motions requesting MT having no contact with Dulos children, and the dates of the orders prohibiting contact.
The Troconis family would have certainly realized FD had not been honest in his portrayal of an amicable divorce by some point in summer or fall in 2017, and the the morally superior family would have quickly correct course? MOO

IMO, their claims of being taken by FD are pure hogwash. Factual information, like the points listed above, will show objectively that their daughters decisions were calculated. IMO this factual information will show, that even if the family was blindsided, as they claim, that early into the relationship( between MT and FD), the truth of FDs and JFDs situation would have been known, any professed group holding tight to family values would have reacted differently.

1. MT was married to PEG from 10/31/13 until 1/10/17 (per records filed with the Miami Dade County Clerk). So FD and MT were BOTH married when they started dating in 2015.
7. PEG was injured on 11/4/08 when a Lear Jet carrying Mexico's Minister of the Interior crashed into his car. PEG (who was already a very rich guy – his family owns Empresas Polar, Venezuela's largest privately held company) wanted compensation from the Mexican government and began a lawsuit in 2010. As I understand it, AXA Seguros advanced him 28 million pesos (roughly 1.4 million USD) and eventually, the Interior Ministry was required to pay PEG's medical expenses (which I believe started paying out in 2013...the same year he married MT).
9. When Judge Colin denied JF's Request for Emergency Custody on 7/25/17, he gave both FD and JF a bunch of stipulations including, "...the parties shall not expose minor children to romantic partners." The order wasn't modified until 11/14/17, which means the Troconis family party at 4JX around 9/17/17 was definitely against the rules. Great info! I really hit a brick wall researching the Ex way back when. All I could dig up were news articles of the freak accident in Spanish. I even translated a few! I didn’t know he had received any award at all.
It is interesting to reconstruct the timeline of MT during this period. I always thought it odd that she did not approach the court for support until her child was 6; perhaps she had been receiving unofficial support and circumstances changed, or perhaps she had zero income and thought it wise to establish some financial security, and not look as desperate, as she was in process of securing a marriage to a wealthy man who also looked to be in line for some serious compensation. ? Who knows. MOO

I had some info on the Florida residences that I’ll try to unearth. I thought she moved house to condo and condo was still in her name for awhile after move to CT. ( so it seems after she moved to CT and found out about the duplicitous FD, she might have had a very easy retreat, and kept her Troconis Clan Virtues intact.) - I never was able to establish her address upon arrival in CT. Afitzy and a few others and I were looking at that decrepit property which was part of that whole bank loan shenanigans and thought she might have been there after FDs pal bought it. ?
Seems like 2013-14 was a pivotal point in MTs “movin’ on up” plan. Lots of financial stepping stones.
