Seized nothing in the kitchen.

Examined the top. For hair, fabric, any bloodlike substance

Garbage can, fertilizer bags, grass seeds, Styrofoam cup, nothing seized.
Witness testifies to other garbage cans containing only an Amazon box, nothing seized.
 
Searched 4 Jefferson Crossing on the 3rd

Evidence collection, searching for JFd and any evidence related to her disappearance.

Witness is explaining the process of determining, seizing and labeling.

Witness was aware of some of the items recovered from Albany Avenue.
 
State is offering photos of 4J, so far no objections.

Until now, inquiring about an office door. Orientation of photo. [ JS seems confuses about which garage pictures were which.] Asked about staining in two areas, whether they appeared that way that day. Yes.

State continues to offer photos, including a mudroom depicting a black bag. Witness testifies to moving it from the garage and laying out items from within the black bag.

No objections.

Witness removed items and placed them on the mudroom floor. And placed numbers.

JS on voir dire asks for clarification. Not one item but three. Witness says he seized them as a unit.

No objection.

Witness added markings.

Photo of the reverse. Seized. JS inquires. Items in the trash barrel. Asks if he put something in or hagen something out. Witness says someone else searched there.

JS asks about the fold marks. Witness testifies it was one the table when he saw it.

Did you seize anything else from that barrel? No.

Asks if he flipped the item over. He did not.

No objection.

Found a portable hard drive and three photo copied pages of a hand written notes. Seized.
