So there are not 3 pages of "timelines," but it appears 5 pages or possibly 6 (at least 2 on front/back of same piece of paper)?

I believe there's duplication.

Some pages photocopied. With additional notations added to the original. Possibly four independent pages. Page 1 one original with later notes, one photocopy. Page 2 one photocopy. Page 3 one photocopy. Page 4 one photocopy.

I don't know about THAT box of bags, but when I remove a single bag from my box of black contractor grade garbage bags; it is sufficient to just grab the leading edge and pull the single bag out. I don't have to reach my hand in and hold the roll to remove one bag because they are not attached to each other (like paper towels would be).

JS on cross

JS is asking about the box of garbage bags.

JS asks questions about how the box appeared and how trash bags are removed from a roll.

JS asks if witness is making any claim that these trash bags are the same as the ones recovered from the trash.

JS now asking about the handwritten note and ink line down the side, whether the witness knew where it came from.

JS asks about certain names like Meehan and whether witness knew if they were attorneys.

JS is now asking about vehicles in the State garage, having been towed there on some kind of trailer.

JS is asking witness any the day he saw the vehicle in the garage and which day it was brought up to Litchfield.

JS asks witness if he was aware that trash was picked up on Friday, to jog witness' memory.

JS is asking about a license plate seen in a photo in one of the vehicles, whether it was seized. No.

JS asks about another license plate, whether he ran it. Witness personally did not.

JS asks if they seized anything besides the gloves and cap, no.

JS asks about the Jeep and power tools, nothing seized.

JS asks about the Suburban, witness testifies to seizing the liner. JS says it was stiff, too hard to roll up. Witness said it wasn't easy but he did roll it up.

JS asks about the garage. Whether there were stains of interest. Yes. Tested.

JS is asking about the trash barrel on Sunday. Is asking about the Styrofoam cup in the trash. Asks if he saw stains, looked like it had some coffee in it at one time.

JS asking again about the garage stains. Field tested, negative per Castle.

Asks about the gravel driveway. Witness testifies he saw no areas of bloodlike substance.

JS is asking about the surveyor's tape. Witness says it appears to be to protect the lawn.

Witness is IDing the large Fore Group sign.

Asking about spots in the photo of the gravel driveway. Witness testifies he saw nothing to test.

Seemed way interested in the coffee cup, many questions for witness
Weird

From what I can see and hear, JS is making no headway into undermining any of the testimony we heard this morning. If anything, it appears they were not very suspicious of MT at that time since they seized nothing from her vehicle and did no swabbing/testing.

Weird
If you remember, when interviewed by LE, MT said that FD handed her a paper towel (for MT to throw away), soiled from cleaning he was doing in the Toyota Tacoma. She said she assumed it was soiled from spilled coffee. The detectives asked her if she smelled coffee, since coffee generally has a strong smell. She said she didn't smell the paper towel.

My guess is that JAS found this styrofoam coffee cup interesting and potentially useful to his defense in relation to that part of the interview.

JS is describing septic system. Tank, leach field.

Propane tanks linked to the home, gas lines.

JS is asking about the only access point, bolts. Witness opened it himself. Witness identifies grey water. Witness testifies that it was pumped out. Nothing of evidentiary found.

JS asks about searching the property, dogs, groundseeking radar.

No wonder MT couldn’t keep the story straight….

JS is asking about a garage photo. Gas leaf blower. Mechanical oil. Red tape. Asks if any were tested, no.

JS asks if any testing was done on the garage floor. Yes, negative.
