MOO JD had a plan in the event she went missing. The kids were taken to NYC and I can’t help but wonder if they waited to report her missing until they knew the kids were safe. I think her plan foiled his plan. I bet he did not expect the kids to be taken to the grandmother’s home so quickly.

A theory:
JD goes missing
Friends call each other when they realize she’s not showing up to appts.
Nanny is alerted and picks kids up as if nothing is amiss and drives straight to NYC
Confirm kids are safe
The call to LE is made and a silver alert is raised.
I think that sounds right. Or maybe the nanny was the first to notice something amiss and she alerted a list of friends, and then the plan was put in to action. I really do think FD expected he would be called in an "emergency" before 911 was called.

jmopinion with what we know now

I agree.

It would be interesting to know what time she picked up the kids from the school and what time she arrived in NYC IMO. Mom and friend reported her missing around 7pm so it could be Nanny took the kids home and didn't find JD there - called her cell/texted her and no response? Then called her mother who had her bring the kids?

Jennifer Dulos’ estranged husband, his girlfriend head to court

SFA:
UPDATE 10:05 AM

While Fotis Dulos was entering the Norwalk courthouse for his arraignment, members of the FBI were seen entering a wooded area of Waveny Park around 10 a.m. Monday.

UPDATE 10 AM

Wearing an orange jumpsuit, Fotis Dulos was escorted into the back entrance of the Norwalk courthouse shortly before 10 a.m. Monday.

someone posted up thread JD owned 3 cars - one a range rover - I would think JD provided a vehicle to the nanny as I'm sure transporting the kids was part of the job and she would want it done safely - my bet is Nanny was driving a JD owned SUV type vehicle IMO

Just anecdotal, but: my sister was a nanny for a very wealthy family in Westport. She would drive her own car to their home and then use the family-provided SUV for anything she needed to do for the family. It was set up with car seats, etc., and she was an insured driver on their insurance. I’d imagine that JD would have a similar setup.

Yes, that could be how it worked. Grandma could've been the emergency person to call for the nanny. And grandma said, "Bring them to me," and put the plan in action. Whatever the order of events, the group of women got it going. Kinda teary-eyed about that.

more LE leaks from inside a police department-
police say FD and MT caught on video throwing out garbage bags
at various dumpsters.

FD was previously married to a young (42) attorney who he worked with at Ernst and Young, NYC.

Neighbor says there are 5 police cars at FD's home on Jefferson
Crossing this morning, still searching.

JD's blogs from 2012 are still viewable on Patch- Avon
Shows her to be a very kind, loving wife and mother

Still in shock about the garbage bags. Unbelievable.

"Michelle Troconis escorted into courthouse. Charged with tampering with evidence, hindering prosecution in missing persons case of Jennifer Farber Dulos. Troconis is girlfriend of estranged husband"

Short clip at the clink - she hunches over and bows head as lead from car to building.

UPDATE 10:15 AM

The FBI Evidence Recovery Team was seen placing orange evidence markers in the woods of Waveny Park near Lapham Road and the Merritt Parkway bridge.
Interesting. I was thinking the park is a red herring - just a place where her car was left and a location to throw off investigators to the real location of Jennifer. Did the perps plant evidence there? That's my first thought.

IDK

How stupid some highly educated people can be. Just walking or driving around town, opening random dumpster lids and throwing in trash bags, then on to the next one. I'm glad they're idiots though in this case.

Everything about this case shocks me for some strange reason. We've seen it a million times, and yet, I'm shocked by this. How can a mother of a young girl participate in killing another mother / human being? I know this sounds super naive, but I can't get my head around it.

Sadly, Michelle will get away with peddling the 'poor abused girlfriend afraid of Flotis excuse' He made me do it blah blah. I fear she will walk.
