FYI: no issue with seating arrangements re: fiance, she's a class act and takes a place a row behind the immediate family! But received by WELL by ALL!

:truce: For what it's worth, JK does have family present.............his aunt & uncle however, his uncle has been very vocal regarding the need for him to accept responsibility for his actions. Also the uncle has been in contact with the Petit foundatin and even today is communicating with and essentially standing with the victims' rights stand.


Oh yeah, the 3 defense Esquires are present & posturing.

GASP even on a DVD..........the impact is profound! Rev. Hawke brought it down to earth with the impact of the inspiration of the words of "the Weight" from the Band and the concept of him providing the funeral services of 2 generations of his own family in his first triple funeral! WICKED disgusted by the insult of the defense attys over the derogatory term utilized "Petit posse" regarding the family wearing the foundation pins. Komis WAS watching!!!!!!!!!

She's sharing what her older sister was to her....everything! and what she meant to her......everything

She's shared about that phone call with the news...and tried to describe what it was like to tour the home & the residual memory of the charred smell & sight & essential PTSD AND the impact of the physical conditions of her family.

She's shared what HER children discovered about their cousins' & aunt's death via the internet & the psychological trauma. Survivors guilt has hit ALL fmily members! and financial impact too.

Finally....HE (JK) is NOW accountable for HIS actions

Bill Petit, Sr. is speaking...HIGHLY emotional...gathered self...."lost the Bill we knew" he puts on a good face, wasn't sure he should be alive, dstraught....can only see the grands at the cemetary, denied future dreams......(I can't finish transcribing...too weepy!)

I see from various Twitter feeds that Dr. Petit is sharing what he loved and misses about his family. I would not be able to keep a dry eye. This is one of the most horrific cases I've ever seen.

Dr. Petit STANDS! will talk about HIS family....not himself!


He's sharing that his "girls" (my words rather than type) would ask fo strength to deal with that which was given to then rather than demand from GOd a change to PERFECT. That they would try to DO for others rather than for themselves, that he & Jen were team, it's heartbreaking 'cause what he mises most is the NORMAL stuff!


JK is NOT staring at Dr. Petit, rather glancing over off & on.
"Audience" is sharing small smiles over some points, the L O V E of the family is overwhelming!

I LOST MY PAST and WHAT WAS TO BE MY FUTURE!

Sums it up......and out of the court they go! WILL NOT LISTEN TO JK!

Defense attorney Jeremiah Donovan addressing court. Usually he's a fantastic orator bu this time.................I's wicked biased AGAINST anything out of his mouth....including CO2!


OMG...He's arguing against the DP in general...using RACIAL BIAS with WHITE VICTIMS and that they are "Attractive" and media savy!
