I'm trying to put together all the facts that are currently known but there is so much information that seems to be either loosely descriptive or inaccurate. I don't think he was actually seen in Scranton, PA but in nearby Duryea, PA. I think there was just one siting in Duryea, PA? Is he on foot or does he have a car? If he is on foot, where is the 2012 Santa Fe? I wish I was the type of WSer that could post maps, but since I'm not, I will say he could travel from the East Stroudburg Walmart to Duryea in about 16 hours by foot or Scranton in 14 hours walking (maybe less, he looked determined and is tall and fit in the surveillance picture).
@enelram do the railroad tracks also go into Duryea?
ETA - I people discussing Allentown again. It would be so helpful to know if he had the car or was walking along the tracks. Those two things seem mutually exclusive. It would take 23 hours to walk to Allentown from Duryea, PA. It seems from the description of him "running into the woods behind the fire station in Duryea, PA" that he is walking along the rails.
I read somewhere else that it was the Columbia, NJ rest stop on I-80 which makes so much more sense than Paterson (I live right near Paterson)
